The main results are as follows:(1) To plant height, plant fresh weight, root fresh weight and stem diameter of the four morphological index comprehensive evaluation of potato de virus free plantlets resistant to salt,the appearance, amplitude variation and significant analysis,The stem diameter was increased on the salt stress,the plant height,and the shoot fresh weight and the root fresh weight were decreased.draws the salt stress on potato virus free plantlets of stem diameter influence is the largest,followed by plant height, resistance of low salt plant fresh weight and root fresh weight changes were more obvious.(2) After the determination of physiological index: after salt stress treatment, and the chlorophyll content of virus free plantlets are declining, and salt sensitive varieties decreased to a greater extent than salt tolerant varieties; root vigor decreased, and salt sensitive varieties decreased in salt tolerant cultivar; proline content the upward trend, and the changes in salt sensitive varieties than salt tolerant varieties; the trend of SOD and POD two kinds of protective enzyme activities are not consistent, different genes materials showed different trends in salt stress,the material itself and related enzymes play role, the ability to sum up, the effective index of chlorophyll content and root activity can be used as the evaluation of salt tolerance, and the proline content and protective enzyme activity can be used as a reference index for evaluation.(3) The experiment takes potato mini potato as explant, and distinguishes it from the leaves and stems of the former leaves..
