With the advancement of society, rapid economic development, energy and environmental problems more obvious day, new renewable energy demand more urgent, in which agriculture anaerobic fermentation of organic waste to produce biogas technology has become the focus of attention, in the dry fermentation anaerobic fermentation technology has a small footprint, produce biogas, low follow-up treatment costs, adaptability of raw materials and other advantages, has become a hotspot of research and application of the various units of the various departments, but also the future of anaerobic fermentation trend, the current dry anaerobic fermentation mainly uses the garage dry fermentation technology, but access to materials in the garage door dry fermentation process is the core design and sealing technology. In order to improve the efficiency of the loader out of material, the project area is generally larger doors, this has led to the sealing difficulties. Design and engineering are currently sealed doors are dry anaerobic fermentation process can not meet production requirements, the production of the urgent need for a stable, secure garage-style door seal technology, therefore this paper carried out a study on the garage type dry fermentation feeding and discharging door, design and process optimization of sealing device. This study are as follows:The forces under the inflatable ring seal by working status. Using the finite element stress analysis of ring expansion, get inflatable ring inflatable operating parameters tTo provide a theoretical basis for the sealing device.2. Sealing device design and working parameter setting. According garage doors sealed dry fermentation process and the principle of pressure seal to design and analysis working pressure, seal gap, sealing area, the use of the material.Inflatable seal performance study. Garage door seal by dry fermentation research on working parameters and structure parameters analysis once again; respectively, at normal temperature, low temperature and high temperature environment, (1) do inflatable seal ring expansion test and do test and analysis on the sealing condition; (2) do experiment with different shapes of inflatable seals under the same conditions as the same interface; (3)do inflatable seal stationary state of the structure, dynamics and shape research; (4) do research on the different working state, which can obtain inflatable seals swell information, seal deformation, a comprehensive understanding of different size inflatable ring structure of different shapes in different environments, static and dynamic sealing performance under different conditions and failure under stress state. And find out the seal material, seal circle diameter, M-P structure inflatable ring size, material structure and the locking device influence pattern on sealing system performance.4.The applications in engineering of Garage door seals dry fermentation equipment. Choose two units 150 m3 garage dry fermentation engineering for production test, the door seal structure, material, optimization parameters for verification tests, through three cycles of production test, the results showed that:dry fermented expected out of the garage door and sealing device selection and structural parameters design is reasonable, the sealing system is safe and reliable.Through expansion test and inflatable ring seal for sealing test performance studies obtained the influence of each parameter on the sealing performance of the system, and using the double M-P structure of silica gel sealing ring design, the sealing structure and material of the feeding and discharging door and locking structure is optimized, and achieved application effects, the technology provide an important reference basis for the design and seals of dry fermented door in application of production.
