In recent years,along with the rapid development of aquaculture industry,the development of the animal husbandry and aquaculture is especially rapid,its development not only scale is bigger and bigger,but also the needed of the farming equipment is rapiding development in intelligent,high-precision,automated direction.As the country of livestock power,is in a traditional breeding technology to modern breeding technology transformation stage,the development of the intelligent farming equipment level determines a country's aquaculture industry overall level of development in the future.Therefore,the intelligent farming equipment is intensived research on the development of modern animal husbandly and aquaculture industry in our country,and it has extremely important practical significance.This article is a kind of intelligent feeding device as the research object,for the related structural parameters of intelligent feeding device in detail the rigorous design,and based on it for its organization optimization design of key parts of the screw axis,making it not only meet the design strength,deformation and reliability requirements,but also achieve the goal of significantly improved feeding device conveying capacity.First of all,comparative analysis the research status and characteristics of the structure design of the intelligent feeding device at home and abroad,the general design requirements of the feeding device is put forward.Combining with the type selection design of the blanking mechanism and the analysis of the screw axis structure and the dynamics analysis of the screw shaft material particle,to determine the blanking mechanism transmission form of the discharging mechanism and the Screw shaft arrangement,and establish the motion equation,and determining the material conditions of axial movement,and detailed design the screw axis of pitch,diameter and thickness of blade,rotating speed and axis of main parameters such as diameter,at the same time to complete the design of the drive motor,the structure and the size parameters of the surge bin.Then,the force of the spiral shaft is discussed in detail,and its geometrical mechanics model is set up,and with the help of finite element analysis software,the screw axis is carried out the finite element analysis and the finite element model analysis in under different conditions,verifing the strength,deformation and reliability meet the design requirements and it won't produce resonance at work.Then related parameters of screw axis are been optimization design Undering Box-Behnken test design method and the constrained optimization method,concluding that the optimal structure design parameters,the smallest screw shaft,increasing the transportation space,so the ability of material transport of the lower materials is greatly improved.The last,the intelligent feeding device is made,and the performance of the product prototype for the designed is tested.Blanking precision test showed that the institution under the actual controller and the background of quantificationally records under the theory of shoes is very close in the range of allowable error,so meetting the design requirements.The institution feeding device transmission performance contrast test before and after optimization showed that under the optimized mechanism as its conveying capacity increased by more than 6.2%.The research shows that the combination of scientific and reasonable structure design and test design method and optimization method,not only can satisfy the design requirements of feeding device,and can further improve its performance.
