Agriculture Continuing Education Credits Mutual Recognition System Research

In recent years,with the development of world education reform,lifelong learning and lifelong education concept has evolved into a motive force of the education creation,and the guiding principles of education reform,it also attracts wide attention from both at home and abroad scholars. Establishing mutual credit recognition system should be an indispensable part for lifelong education, therefore vigorously caring out credits policies and establishing mutual recognition of credits system in our country has profound significance.This article collect empirical data through the comparative analysing of foreign and domestic existing mutual credit recognition system and field investigation and research in six school of continuing education of Nan Jing,Shang Hai,Hu Bei.In the investigation,we thoroughly investigate the system and operation mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism and other related knowledge about mutual recognition of credits system,and analyse the present situation of the use of mutual recognition credits in the field of agricultural continuing education,and we also do much depth interview with the related managers and leaders to get more details.After the investigation,we concluded four factors that standard system,management organization, network construction, and the charge standard have restricted the development of mutual recognition system of continuing education credits,and sumarised three big reasons that the limit of knowledge,lack of policies,internal predicament which have affected the development of mutual recognition system of continuing education credits,which provide a new perspective for research on the mutual recognition of credits system in the field of agricultural continuing education.We try to establish the rudiment mutual recognition system of agricultural continuing education credits,which contain personal information system,curriculum management system,quality recognition system,financial management system and the background service system,we also do research in how to establish and perfect the scientific standard of mutual recognition of credits system,and how to regulate the supervision and evaluation of organization’s responsibilities of mutual recognition system of continuing education credits. To improve and optimize the mutual recognition system of agricultural continuing education credits,we offer effective countermeasures and Suggestions from two aspects:nation and colleges,from the national level,we mainly introduced relevant policies and regulations,set up the third party management and appraisal institutions,and set up a joint diploma of specific recognition and change rules and setting up;From the level of colleges and universities,we mainly establish the organization of mutual recognition of credits,a standardization of credit system and the curriculum,international curriculum structure, network platform and actively seeking intercollegiate and international cooperation, so as to provides some references for the gradual implementation of mutual recognition of credits for all kinds of colleges or universities and government.
