Countries in the world is promoting low-carbon production and low-carbon life in order to avoid the global climate warming. In some ways, it is a kind of passive measure, so maybe it is a little helpless. By contrast, it is more active to absorb the carbon dioxide emission by planting ca rbon sequestration forest. With the emergence of the concept and the need to reduce emission, IP CC proposed the concept of "carbon sequestration trade", that is to say, we can treat carbon sequ estration as a kind of goods. So it is urgent to have the method to calculate carbon sequestration. At present, the carbon sequestration measurements are pointed and relatively scattered in the do mestic study, lacking of a complete measurement. The study design a set of carbon sequestration measurement based on the selected site. This measurement is more accurate and convenient acco rding to the carbon estimating principle which is commonly used. Meanwhile, the study also desi gns a collecting device of stem inflation energy, which can be used to measure the parameters of sample trees and collect daily micro energy tree expansion. The research mainly includes the foll owing aspects:1. According to analyzing the deficiency of last generation device, this thesis will put forward the accurate force analysis method. Then propose the optimization design of the whole device.2. Analyzing the deficiency of the internal control system in last device, related to auto reply, pre-tightening device, one-way mechanism and separation device. Then the thsis will put forward the optimization solution. Finish designing the tree stem inflation energy harvesting device, which associate with forest carbon-sink measurement.3. Refer to existing carbon sink measure methods, the thesis combines them with actual situation of the study forest. Then designs a set of carbon measurement to monitor solutions. The scheme satisfied the needs of measuring and it is simple to operate comparing to traditional methods. And through the measured data, we can conclude the optimal relationship between DBH and tree height.4. The final solution of measuring forest carbon-sink is tested in the study site. The experiment not only estimate the carbon content of most tree species through the measured data, but also test the performance of the energy harvesting device.
