| In recent years, food security is becoming increasingly prominent due to the booming population, decreasing arable lands and serious natural disasters. Therefore, it is of great significance to do research on food storage security, which is one of the most important parts for food security.Modern ways of the granary monitoring is mainly concentrated in the large bedroom or drum positions, there are some worthy improvements in energy efficiency and system cost of small warehouse. Therefore this paper designs a granary monitoring system and a wireless data transfer protocol based on 2.4G wireless network in this paper, and through simulation and physical experiments show:lower cost, fully functional; the Protocol is feasible, and in blocking to avoid routing obvious advantage compared with the same type of agreement.In this paper, the design of the system can achieve remote monitoring of the three types of the information of the environment via sensors of the oxygen concentration, sensors of carbon dioxide concentration, as well as sensors of temperature and humidity. The system consists of three parts:the sub-node responsible for collecting the information and send data warehouses; cluster head node is responsible for forwarding data information and provide on-site control of positions within the information management; responsible for system data management storage, while providing the QT-based site visits management control and WEB server-based remote access control of the root node. Root node provides the functions of managements and controls:view real-time data, historical data, view errors as well as dangerous node and update node information. The cluster node is responsible for forwarding data to provide early warning the information of dangerous nodes within the display positions.In the design of the data transfer protocol, the characteristics of this article is:at the MAC layer, based on the actual node layout using a random number collision avoidance mechanism, the mechanism than the binary collision avoidance mechanism obvious advantages; designed for limited positions within the node energyminimum transmit power, dual-channel multi-hop clustering routing protocol, the protocol obvious advantage in real-time and network energy consumption compared with similar clustering routing protocol.Compared with existing monitoring system, the system is characterized by these features:1. Energy-efficient:By using of low-power a 2.4G the wireless module NRF24L01 and low-power microprocessor.Low cost:The entire system uses wireless communication without wires and it is convenient for mounting arrangements.2. For the design of application specific granary environment improved routing protocol simulation to demonstrate through practical experiments and routing:the agreement in a larger number of nodes in the network, real-time, significantly improved compared with existing similar and similar routing protocols.3. To provide remote WEB services, the system can be controlled, and faster achieve the information exchange with the higher authorities. |
