The forest plays an irreplaceable important role in the maintenance of city ecological systemstability, improve the ecological environment quality and promote the sustainable development ofsociety. However, based on the existing research, there isn’t any reasonable quantitative indexsystem in the evaluation on the forest environmental effect. This paper makes use of the data offorest environment got from wireless sensor network, to set up evaluation model aboutenvironment benefit, which provide accurate data for the later research on the evaluation indexsystem of forest, and provide reference for the research about monetization and quantitativeresearch of the urban forest ecological and environmental benefits, and also provide reliabletechnical and theoretical support for city greening and the forest ecological environmentprotection and construction.This paper at first proposes a method of measuring CO2flux of soil surface, design themeasurement device (Lr100GE-6400) of the soil CO2flux, and by using the system analyze theforest soil single point and regional carbon flux calculation method and principle, and providetheoretical and technical support for the analysis of forest carbon sequestration benefits. Secondlythis paper use wireless sensor network to establish the monitoring system of urban forestecological environment, and monitor and analyze the data of real-time temperature and humidity,and explore the forest heat island effect and the humidifying effect. Finally through the SPSS, theevaluation model of forest environmental effect is established based on the existing research data,to explore changes of temperature and humidity in the forest.The results of this research show that: firstly, compared with the measuring result of Li-8100, the measurement error of Lr100GE-6400is less than7%, single point of continuousmeasurement results indicate that the surface soil carbon flux measurement points basically showsa single peak curve, the maximum appeared at around thirteen o’clock in the afternoon, at thesame time, the results of carbon flux and surface temperature had significant positive correlation,and by using the fractal theory the method of estimating regional soil carbon flux is proposed,based on the fractal algorithm. Secondly, Cooling effect and humidification is more apparent inthe experimental area and has regular daily change and seasonal change, temperature change ismore obvious in summer, the maximum temperature changes can reach to5.36℃, the minimum in December temperature; humidity reaches a maximum of about20.54in August, only4.96inJanuary, with the strongest heat island from sunset to midnight and the weakest at noon, and thestrength heat island in summer is bigger than the other three seasons, especially at night.
