For prevention and control of the major animal epidemics occurred, compulsory immunization was carried on the foot and mouth disease(MFDV) and other four kinds of animal disease. The governments at all levels made great efforts to compulsory immunization of MFDV in accordance with the requirements of the policy. However, susceptible animals would not infected the virus on the conditions that the immune antibody level had reached a certain degree by using vaccine. In Immunization animals, there were still a certain number of animals infected with virus or be a carrier. Therefore, examining the immune antibody levels and non-structural protein antibody levels, can do well to identify natural infected animals and the immune animal, can also learn about the overall health status of different regions at the group levels, and evaluated the efficiency of vaccineas well as the immune operation in injection process. It had great significances to ensure the livestock and public health, also to prevent the spread of virus and achieve a lower prevalence rate of animal disease, to guarantee the circulation of animals or animal products. In this study, the judgment sampling method was conducted to collect samples. the levels of antibody and non-structural protein were detected in the large-scale farms of cattle, sheep, pigs as well as free-range livestock involved in different regions. According to results, the conditions of immunization and the distributions of wild strains in animals were distributed. Those findings may provide further information for make policy to prevention and control of animals disease. The results are as follows:1. After inject the same vaccine one month late, the levels of immune antibody in large-scale farms reach to 88.2%, while in free-range livestock reach to 74.8%. The levels of large-scale farms are higher than that in free-range livestock with the D-value of 13.4%. Which illustrated that the level of injection and raising management have significant shortage between large-scale farms and free-range livestock. In additional, the highest level of immune antibody reached up to 90%, while the lowest were 70% in different regions, which showed that the immune injection effect is different, for different animal disease prevention and control management level in different regions.2. As for the distribution of farms, the non-structure antibody rates of MFDV were 2.5% in large-scale farms, which was higher than the free-range farms with the value of 1.23%. Those indicated that once MFDV infected the animals raised the intensive and large-scale farms, the transmission is fast among the group. In additional, the positive non-structure antibody of MFDV were mainly located in 4 and 5 district, which exist a higher frequent transportation of animals and the breeding mode were short-term fattening. Those illustrated that frequent transportation and trade of livestock has a certain correlation with the emerged of non-structure antibody. Therefore, further tests should be taked to livestock in the region, and also need to pay close attention to the immune antibody levels.
