| DHI system is an advanced pasture management tool and a measure basis of cattle ranch management level in the world, it can improve dairy herd management and raw milk quality and provide accurate data for the research of dairy science. This study take dairy cattle as the research object in Shaanxi Province Dairy Center, collect and measure the milk sample every month, and get the daily milk quantity of the milk cow and milk somatic cell count, milk fat percentage,milk protein, lactose content, MUN and other related data.According to DHI report analysis the production performance indicators, such as the influence of somatic cell count on milk yield, milk quality to get milk related rules and feedback the information to the farm in the actual production management, to guide and improve the farm management level to improve the production performance of dairy cows. The results were as follows:1. Throughout the lactation of cows, when milk somatic cell number showed a increasing trend, corresponding to different parities of milk yield will a significantly decreasing trend; Somatic cell count with the parity increased and increased, at the same time when the parities and milk yield of dairy cows will show some differences.2. Milk somatic cell counts and milk protein rate were positively correlated;milk somatic cell counts and lactose showed negative correlation;milk somatic cell counts and butterfat rate had no correlation.3.The milk yield of winter calving cows, milk yield was the lowest in autumn, spring and summer in the middle level.4. Dairy cattle calving in different months, the differences in milk production. Holstein cattle in winter January calving, milk production will reach the highest and milk yield in August, September, October was the lowest.5. The dairy herd quality level, dairy cattle are malnourished, long calving interval and high SCC in milk, herd mastitis incidence rate of high.The research results show below: Pasture should be positive and in-depth research on the intrinsic relationship between somatic cell count, milk yield, parity, Understand the influence of somatic cells on milk composition, sums up and rational use different calving period to milk yield to improve the level of production of high farm,and provide scientific basis for the further promotion and application of DHI system. |
