DHI has been recognized as a mature and advanced technology by the dairy industry,also known as cow population improvement system.It is the measurement of milk composition and milk performance of cows.Milk composition and somatic cell count are important indexes in DHI analysis,milk fat and milk protein are key indexes to determine the quality of raw milk,while somatic cell count can directly measure the quality of milk and the breast health of dairy cows.Therefore,it is very important to understand the factors that affect the composition of milk and the number of somatic cells in order to improve the quality of raw milk.This study aims to analyze the season,month,parity,affect daily milk yield of cows milk fat,milk protein,lactose rate,milk urea nitrogen and somatic cell count.Test collected in Inner Mongolia Tuoketuo County adairy farm from January 2019 to December 2019(12 months)for a total of 23453 DHI measurement date,using SPSS software analyzes the season,month,parity and daily milk yield influence on milk composition and somatic cell count,and the correlation between milk composition and somatic cell count was studied.The results showed that:seasonal effect,monthly effect,parity effect and daily milk yield effect had a extremely significant effect on milk fat rate and milk protein rate;seasonal effect had a extremely significant effect on urea nitrogen,while seasonal effect has a significant effect lactose rate and somatic cell count;parity effect and daily milk yield effect had a extremely significant effect on lactose rate and somatic cell count;month effect has a extremely significant effect on somatic cells count and urea nitrogen,while month effect has a significant effect on lactose rate,there was no significant effect of parity on urea nitrogen.The correlation level among the three characters of milk fat rate,milk protein rate and somatic cell count is positive correlation;the correlation level between lactose rate and milk protein rate,urea nitrogen and somatic cell count is negative correlation,and the correlation level between somatic cell count andurea nitrogen is negative correlation.
