Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, Science and technology is the only approach to agriculture modernization. Soil and fertilize information is the basis of agriculture planning. With the development of computer and information technology and the broadcast of Digital Agriculture concept, computer is widely used in agriculture. Equilibrium fertilization technology is considered as a sophisticated modern fertilization technology, and expert fertilization recommendation system based on GIS is also considered as a useful way to popularize it. During the course of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, agriculture information technology is popularized and playing a more and more important role.GIS is a computerized spatial information system to acquire, store, query, analyze and display spatial data. And it is a new hotspot of computer science and geography. It is a development direction to apply GIS technology into agriculture to solve the problem such as agriculture planning, technology extension, fertilization recommendation, etc.In this article, the study about fertilize recommendation system, expert system, system integration is involved. On the basis of this study, fruit fertilization information system is designed, which take the area fit for Chinese goosebeery's growth in the north of Zhouzhi county as a case. This system is an integration of agriculture and information technology, and will meet the demands for soil fertilization information management and equilibrium fertilization recommandation and soil nutrient information service. The development of this system is divided into two steps: First, soil sampling point data is analyzed using the interpolate methods named Kriging under ArcGIS 9.0 environment. The variation rule of the soil nutrient is summarized, and the soil nutrient level is evaluated according to the experts' advice.Second, construct a mathematical model based on the characteristic of the Chinese goosebeery. The system is developed under Visual Basic development environment, and made full use of RasterToolsObj component tool . And it can give advice to peasant to fertilize their fruit tree precisely.This system is an integration of GIS technology and Chinese goosebeery fertilization technology, and is a combination of traditional and modern fertilization technology. It has friendly interface, and is ease to operate and easy to use. So it will give wise advice to rural agriculture and will upgrade the country management level. This system has bright future. With its popularizing, more and more country will use this system to guide their fertilization. The system will promote the research on Digital Agriculture technology.
