Conservation tillage can reduce the wind erosion and water erosion, improve the soil fertility and the drought-resistant ability of advanced farming technology, which restrict our country`s development of the conservation tillage is the condition of big straw under of no-till planting technology, held in operation is a key problem for design of no-till planter. On corn no-till planting time, grass soil mixed and wet soil mixed problem, this paper designs a new type of drive, can realize the no-till planting grass soil separation and wet soil separation, and solve the problem of opener jams can create favorable conditions for the subsequent germination and emergence. Through finite element analysis and structure optimization, improve the operating performance and reliability of the machine, the prototype test and research, shows that trapezoid knife plate for parametric design. In this paper, the main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Put forward a way to solve the grass soil mixed, dry wet soil mixed, opener, winding grass blocking method, trapezoidal composite cutter can be seeded with straw and weeds on both sides of the opener, combination the knife dish first issued a "W" ditch, opener secondary issued a "V" groove, which can realize the no-till seeding defend, grass, soil and dry wet soil.(2)Based on the analysis of the movement in trapezoid knife set, the trapezoid structure parameters of the cutter is determined. By comparing many schemes, select the scoop wheel precise metering device as corn no-till precise seeder metering device, a "V" type crackdown as a seeder device, completed a no-till corn precise seeder machine design.(3) Using the 3 d design software Pro/E to no-till corn precise seeder parts, and complete the virtual assembly of the machine.(4)Through the four factors three levels of the soil bin orthogonal test, determine the corn no-till planter can realize pieces to collect function of the optimal parameter combination with work is: machine speed 4 km/h, the knife shaft rotational speed 400 r/min, the knife dish Angle of 12゜, cutter spacing of 40 mm.(5) Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software for the knife dish, has carried on the static analysis and optimization, determines the optimum thickness of the knife dish is 5 mm. By increasing the transition way of chain wheel to wheel transmission scheme is optimized, ensure the drill will not appear in the process of working out the situation of the chain.(6) Of corn no-till precise seeder parts on the assembly and field experiment, shows that the machine tools through sexual; Leave the groove can meet the requirements of no-till planting, open groove width, soil disturbance quantity to be able to achieve conservation tillage technology conditions; Can be achieved in the process of no-till planting grass soil separation and wet soil separation, grass soil separation factor was 95%, and the dry wet soil separation factor 91.7%, create a good kind of bed conditions for seed germination.(7) Using c + + language, the 3 d CAD software Pro/E to carry on the secondary development, completed the no-till corn precise seeder trapezoidal pieces cutter parametric design, can realize the automatic generation of 3 d graphics and generate 2 d graphics, and other functions.
