Study On Boletales Species Diversity In Taishan Area

In this study, we do research on Boletales species diversity, Boletales flora diversity, and the relationship between boletales occurrence and habitat. And compare some similar and difficult species, create taishan area boletales retrieval table.First, Study on Boletales species diversity in taishan area.we choosees zhulinsi temple sinic, sinic taohuayuan, sinic zhongtianmen, sinic houshiwu, Culai Mountain, yaoxiang Mountain as fixed point to do the research on Boletales species diversity. A total of 210 specimens collected, 116 specimens have been identified: 30 species, 13 genera, 7 families. Includes Boletaceae, Rhizopogonaceae, suillaceae, Gyroporaceae, Gomphidiaceae, Sclerodermataceae, Diplocystidiaceae. Boletaceae includes 5 genera: Strobilomyces, Chalciporus, Xerocomus, Tylopilus, Boletus. Rhizopogonaceae includes 1genus: Rhizopogon. Suillaceae includes 2 genera: suillus, Boletinus. Gyroporaceae includes 1genus: Gyroporus. Gomphidiaceae includes 1 genus: Chroogomphus. Sclerodermataceae includes 2 genera: Scleroderma, Pisolithus. Diplocystidiaceae includes 1 genus: Astraeus.Second, Study on Boletales flora diversity in taishan area.There are 30 species, 13 genera, 7 families in Mount Tai flora. Boletaceae is the dominant family, boletus and suillus are the dominate genera.There are 11 species, 8 genera, 6 families in State Forest Park at Culai Mountain. suillaceae and Sclerodermataceae both have 2 genera, they are the dominate famitlies, suillus which have 3 species is the dominate genus.There are 7 species, 5 genera, 3 families in State Forest Park at Yaoxiang Mountain. Boletaceae has 3 genera, it is the dominate family. Tylopilus, Boletus both have 2 species, they are the dominate genera.There are 23 species, 10 genera, 5 families in State Forest Park at Mount Tai. Boletaceae which has 5 genera is the dominate family, Boletus which has 7species is the dominate genus.Third, boletales close with habitat in taishan area.Choose one Quercus acutissima sample plot, one Castanea mollissima sample plot, two Pinus tabuliformis sample plots, two Pinus tabuliformis Quercus acutissima mixed forest sample plots, two Pinus armandii sample plots in zhulinsi temple sinic to do research on occurrence of Boletus.1. Pinus tabuliformis Quercus acutissima mixed forest have the most species and quanties. Boletales occur in Fagaceae forest are less than Boletales occur in Pinus tabuliformis Quercus acutissima mixed forest, but quantiy is the third; species occur in Pinus tabuliformis are the third, but quantiy is the second. Suillaceae and Gomphidiaceae are dominant families. Pinus armandii has the least species and quanties. It illustrates that Pinus armandii is difficult to form mycorrhizae with boletus.2. There are 456 fruitbodies, about 69% of the fruit bodies are gathering in the sample plots that forest canopy closure between 0.6-0.8. Only 30% of the fruit bodies are gathering in the sample plots that forest canopy closure greater than 0.9. Suitable forest canopy closure is 0.6-0.8, the number of boletus significantly reduced when forest canopy closure above 0.9.3. Soil temperature and soil moisture is closely related with boletus occurrence.There is a large number of boletus in July, August, September, which soil moisture is suitable. Boletus’ suitable soil moisture should be greater than 10%, boletus can’t occur or rarely when soil is drier.4. Relationship between boletus and altitude.Astraeus hygrometricus, Gyroporus longicystidiatus, Rhizopogon roseolus, Suillus luteus, Suillus placidus, Strobilomyces glabriceps, Boletus rubellus, Pisolithus arhizus, Scleroderma bovista are at the altitude of 200m-500 m, Boletus chrysenteron, Suillus bovinu, suillus flavus are at the altitude of 500m-800 m, Gyroporus castaneus, Tylopilus felleus, Tylopilus plumbeoviolaceus, Boletus erythropus, Strobilomyces strobilaceus, Strobilomyces confuses are at the altitude of 200m-800 m, Suillus sibiricus and Chalciporus piperatus are at the altitude of 1000m-1500 m, Suillus granulatus and Chroogomphus rutilus are at the altitude of 200m-1500 m.Fourth, Create taishan area boletales retrieval table. There are 30 species, 13 genera, 7 families.Fifth, There is a suspected new species of the boletus.
