This study was chosen at the Shuangfeng Forestry Bureau of the small Xingan ridge.Based on the alpha and beta diversity,the diversity of the herbaceous and arbor layers in young and middle age forests was analyzed.A quantitative assessment method of species protection value was constructed,and the community structure and species composition in the forest area were systematically analyzed,and a scientific evaluation of the natural conservation workers was made.The effect of Cheng on the species diversity of Shuangfeng Forestry Bureau.The experimental results show that:(1)The Shannon Wiener index and Margalef index of the young and middle age forests showed a decreasing trend as the year increased,and the difference between 2010 and 2017 was significant(P < 0.05).The evenness index showed a decreasing trend,and the dominance index increased.The Shannon Wiener index and Margalef index of the arbor layer in young and middle age forests showed an increasing trend,and the Shannon Wiener index of the arbor layer in young forest was significant in 2010 and 2017(P < 0.05).The Pielou index of tree layer in young and middle aged forests showed an increasing trend,while Simpson index showed a decreasing trend.This may be because with the increase of canopy density of the forest age,there is more light and interception,and the higher density stands,because the strong transpiration of trees has consumed a lot of water,which leads to the lack of water in the undergrowth,which aggravates the competition of the underlayer for the resources.(2)The CJ index and CS index of the young and middle age forest in 2010 and 2014 showed a decreasing trend compared to 2017,the population similarity decreased,and the beta C index increased,that is,the population difference increased.The arbor layer of young forest showed that the CJ and CS index showed an increasing trend with the increase of the year,while the beta C index showed a decreasing trend.The CJ index and CS index of middle aged trees showed a decreasing trend compared with 2017,while the beta C index showed an increasing trend.Many measures,such as forest tending,forestation and forest management,have greatly reduced human destruction and interference,accelerated the succession of secondary forests to natural forests,changed the reverse succession,and gradually restored the forest vegetation,resulting in increased species richness and low species formation rate.(3)A total of 37 families and 71 genera,96 species of plant species were investigated in the typical community of the protected areas.Among them,the seed plants were 93 species of 69 genera of 35 families,and the community structure was monotonous.The main species were mostly concentrated in the dominant family,the degree of species differentiation was low,the extinction of the species was easier and the genetic loss of the species was greater.The value of species protection is TP of 2017 TP>2014 TP>2010.It can be seen that in the 7 years from 2010 to 2017 of the Shuangfeng forestry bureau to implement the Tianbao Project,the results of the project were very remarkable.The number of plant species increased by 10 species in the typical community,the number of plant species increased by 6 species,and the species diversity and species richness increased obviously.
