This experiment was to evaluate the effect of the composition of diet andmannase production on performance, nutrient digestion utilization, blood cells andserum index. There were two factors. One of the factors is diet composition (corn,30%wheat and wheat) and the other factor is mannase (0g/t and500g/t). Thisexperiment was conducted with576day oid Cobb chicks. Birds were groupedrandomly into6treatments, each group with eight repeat and12birds per replicate.Six diets were powder, and add0.4%of Tio2to the diets. The results was shown:1) Performance: The composition of diet and mannase has no effects on ADFI,ADG, F/G (P>0.05).ADG of corn diet group was significantly higher, F/G issignificantly lower than that of wheat diet group (P <0.05). ADG of mannase groupwas significantly higher, F/G is significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05).2) Nutrient digestion utilization: The digestion and utilization of CP, DM ofcorn diet group and30%wheat diet group was significantly higher than that of theother two groups and wheat diet group respectively (P <0.05). The two factors hadsignificant interaction on the digestion and utilization of DM at the starter (P <0.05).The digestion and utilization of DM at the starter of corn-soyabean group,corn-soyabean with mannase group and30%wheat-soyabean group was significantlyhigher than that of the other groups (P <0.05).3) Blood cells: The composition ofdiet and mannase has no effects on blood cells (P>0.05). But the two factors hadsignificant interaction on the WBC, LYM, RBC, MCHC at the starter and MCHC atthe finisher (P <0.05). The number of WBC and LYM of30%wheat diet group wassignificantly higher than that of corn-soyabean group,30%wheat-soyabean withmannase group and wheat-soyabean with mannase group (P <0.05). The number ofRBC at the starter of corn-soyabean with mannase group,30%wheat-soyabean group,wheat-soyabean group was significantly higher than that of corn-soyaben group (P <0.05). The MCHC of corn-soyabean group and30%wheat-soyabean group wassignificantly than that of wheat-soyabean group (P <0.05). The MCHC of corn withmannase group was significantly higher than that of30%wheat with mannase group(P <0.05).4) Serum indicators: The composition of diet and mannase had no effectson GLB, TP, ALB, BUN, CHOL and TG, and the two factors had no interaction (P>0.05). Summary: The performance of corn diet group was the best; The group with mannase was better than that of the group with no mannase, the effect of the starterphase is better than that of the finisher phase. The nutrient digestion utilization of corndiet group was better than that of the other two groups; The nutrient digestionutilization of30%wheat diet group was better than that of wheat diet group, and theresult of the starter was better than that of the finisher.
