This experiment mainly studied the effects of sodium humate and fermented bran polysaccharides on the growth performance, nutrient digestibility and blood indicators of Dumont-bred ewes. The experiment selected four-month-old ewes with good body condition and similar body weight(34.82±1.07 kg).Dumeng crossbred 72 ewes, analyzed by a 2×2factor random test, and added sodium humate(SH)(addition of 0 or 2.5 g SH/kg in the feed)and fermented bran polysaccharides(FWBPs)(added in the feed).0 or 3 g FWBPs/kg).There are 6 replicates per treatment and 3 sheep per replicate. The trial period is 75 days, the pre-feeding period is 15 days, and the trial period is 60 days. The test is mainly divided into the following Parts:1.Effects of sodium humate and fermented bran polysaccharide on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of Dumont ewesThe difference of initial and final weight between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).During 0-30 days of the experiment, the average daily gain of ewes supplemented with FWBPs was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the feed conversion rate of FWBP_S supplementation was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the feed conversion of Dumont hybrid ewes supplemented with FWBP_S,SH and FWBP_S mixture had no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in dry matter intake of ewes bred by Dumont cross among treatment groups(P>0.05).During 31-60 days of experiment, dietary supplementation of FWBP_S significantly increased the average daily gain(P<0.05),and had a tendency to increase dry matter intake(P=0.067)of Dumont cross ewes. There was no significant difference in feed conversion efficiency of ewes bred by Dumont hybridization among all treatment groups(P>0.05).During the whole experiment period, the addition of SH had no effect on the growth performance of ewes(P>0.05),and the addition of FWBP_Scould significantly increase the average daily gain of ewes(P<0.05).In addition, dietary supplementation of FWBP_S had a tendency to increase dry matter intake of ewes(P=0.056).SH supplementation had no effect on nutrient digestibility of lambs(P>0.05).Adding FWBP_S could increase the digestibility of dry matter and organic matter of Dumont hybrid ewes(P<0.05),and dietary supplemented with FWBP_S tended to increase the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(P=0.092).The results showed that SH and FWBP_S had interaction on the digestibility of DM,OM and NDF(P=0.057,P=0.086,P=0.018).2.The effect of sodium humate and fermented bran Polysaccharides on blood indexes of Dumeng ewesThe addition of SH and FWBPs in the feed had no significant difference in the blood biochemical index serum total protein, albumin, triglyceride and total cholesterol content of Dumont cross-bred ewes on the 60th day(P>0.05).On the 60th day of the experiment, the addition of SH to the feed had no significant effect on the antioxidant status of Dumont cross-bred ewes(P>0.05).The addition of FWBPs to the diet could increase the plasma catalase activity of lambs(P=0.013).There is an interaction between SH and FWBPs(P=0.057).The addition of FWBPs in the feed increased the concentration of immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in Plasma of Dumont cross-bred ewes on the 60th day(P<0.05).Supplementation with SH has a tendency to reduce the plasma immunoglobulin G concentration(P=0.070).The interaction between SH and FWBPs has an effect on the plasma immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M concentrations(P<0.05).FWBPs could significantly increase the concentration of IL-10(P<0.05).There was interaction between SH and FWBPs(P<0.05).In summary, adding 3 g FWBPs/kg to the diet can increase the feed intake and nutrient digestibility of lambs, thereby improving the growth performance of lambs,by increasing plasma immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M,and interleukin 10 concentration and catalase activity can improve the health status of Dumont cross-bred ewes. The addition of2.5 g SH/kg to the diet has little effect on lamb growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and immune response.
