The first part of this experiment with chicken manure as test materials, to join sixkinds of bacteria fermentation experiment was carried out, set up eight process ing:J(0.5kg/m3Jin baobei+1m3chicken manure+0.3m3cornstalks), A (1kg/m3A mushi+1m3chicken manure+0.3m3cornstalks), M (1kg/m3Man yuanchun+1m3chicken manure+0.3m3cornstalks), F (1kg/m3Fu shubao+1m3chicken manure+0.3m3cornstalks), N (1.5kg/m3Nong dage+1m3chicken manure+0.3m3cornstalks), K (2bottles/m3Kai qi+1m3chicken manure+0.3m3cornstalks), CK1(1m3chicken manure+0.3m3cornstalks), CK2(1m3chicken manure); Research thechange of temperature，moisture，PH，the seed germination index（GI），organicmatter，total N content，total P content，total K content，available N content，availableP content and available K content in composting fermentation process, the experimentresults show that:1.Compared with the contrast without bacteria agent, A mushi bacteria agent isthe best fermentation effect,50℃high temperature period is more than14days, theseed germination index（GI）is more than10.8%, the decreasing amplitude of organicmatter is higher than7.49%, the decreasing amplitude of total N content is less than4.45%, the increasing range of total phosphorus and available phosphorus are higherthan3.48%and10.72%, the increasing range of total K and available K are higher than6.6%and3.84%, the increasing range of available N is higher than6.83%, thesecondly of fermentation effect is Man yuanchun and Nong dage bacteria agent.2. Compared with the contrast without corn stalk, adding corn stalk is obviousbetter in fermentation effect,50℃high temperature period is more than10days, theseed germination index（GI）is more than6.3%, the decreasing amplitude of organicmatter and total N content is higher than6.47%and2.74%, the increasing range oftotal phosphorus and available phosphorus are higher than3.43%and6.46%, theincreasing range of total K and available K are higher than13.54%and8.21%, theincreasing range of available N is higher than3.98%.Second part with chicken manure as test materials, by adding different concentrations of three kinds of bacterium agent and two conditioners, seting12processing: J1(0.1%Jin baobei+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), F1(0.1%Fu shubao+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), N1(0.1%of Nong dage+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), J2(0.3%Jin baobei+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), F2(0.3%Fu shubao+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), N2(0.3%of Nong dage+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), J3(0.5%Jin baobei+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), F3(0.5%Fu shubao+1m3chickenmanure+0.4m3corn stalks), N3(0.5%of Nong dage+1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), CK1(1m3chicken manure+0.4m3corn stalks), CK2(1m3chickenmanure+0.4m3straw), CK3(1m3chicken manure), Research the change oftemperature，moisture，PH，E4/E6，organic matter，total N content，total P content，total K content，ammonium N content，available P content and available K content incomposting fermentation process, the experiment results show that:3.Compared with the contrast without bacteria agent,0.3%Fu shubao bacteriaagent is the best fermentation effect,13days got to50℃,50℃high temperatureperiod is more than8days, the decreasing amplitude of organic matter andammonium nitrogen are higher than5.61%and17.51%, the decreasing amplitude oftotal N content is less than7.06%, the increasing range of total phosphorus andavailable phosphorus are higher than10.78%and8.76%, the increasing range of totalK and available K are higher than16.09%and12.06%, the secondly of fermentationeffect is0.5%Fu shubao and0.5%Jin baobei bacteria agent.4. Compared with the contrast, adding corn stalk and straw is better infermentation effect, and straw is best,50℃high temperature period is more than19days, the decreasing amplitude of organic matter and ammonium nitrogen are higherthan10.65%and55.77%, the decreasing amplitude of total N content is less than6.14%, the increasing range of total phosphorus and available phosphorus are higherthan14.41%and22.08%, the increasing range of total K and available K are higherthan15.76%and9.27%.
