A Study On Forestry Protection And Utilization Plan Of Metropolis In China Case Study Of Tianjin City

Forestry，as an important natural and strategic resource of nation, is the foundationof survival and development. It plays a central role in protection of timber，forestproducts supply, and ecological security of the land, it also plays a special role inglobal climate change. At present, with rapid development of the social and economic,urbanization and industrialization level is getting higher and higher of metropolis inChina, it has brought progress and convenient for the people, it also has brought manyproblems to the environment. It takes up a lot of forestry land by the large-scaleconstruction, it also takes up a lot of trees by the need of production, as a direct result,it causes forest decreasing, and it has a series of influence on the environment, such as:destruction of biological diversity, water loss and soil erosion, land desertification,deterioration of ecological environment. In order to protect the ecologicalenvironment, we must protect and restore forest, make reasonable use of forestry inhand to carry out the production activities. This requires us to seek for a reasonableand effective protection and utilization of forest and land, not only to meet the need ofconstruction and production, but also to protect and use forest resources, beautify theenvironment effectively. Based on the analogy domestic metropolis forest protectionproblems, learning from foreign experience on the protection and utilization offorestry, taking Tianjin city as an example, this paper researches on the main contentof forestry protection and utilization plan, and states how to effectively make theforestry protection and utilization plan of the metropolis, in order to promote thedevelopment of the metropolitan economic and social civilization, to provide areference plan to protect the ecological, beautify the environment, promote people andnatural harmoniously for a period of time in future.
