The Research Of China’s Marine Aquaculture Green Development Level Measure And Influencing Factors

Since China’s reform and opening up,Chinese aquaculture industry development has made remarkable achievements.Promulgated since 1986,when the"fisheries law of the People’s Republic of China"established"mainly farming"fisheries development policy to date,China has become a worldwide aquaculture superpower.But with the continuous growth of China’s aquaculture production,exogenous pollution（such as industrial waste water,waste gas and solid waste）and endogenous pollution（such as fish feed medicine deposition,abandoned fishing nets,etc.）are not effective management,aquaculture,bold and didn’t get a better specification,development of industrial economic development and water environment increasingly serious imbalance,sustainable development of the aquaculture industry is facing severe challenges.To promote the green development of the industry,in January 2019,agreed to by the State Council,Nong Cun Bu agriculture,ecological environment and so on ten departments jointly issued a"about accelerating the development of the aquaculture industry green several opinions,guiding measures are put forward to the development of the aquaculture industry green transformation and upgrading of aquaculture,green high quality development has important and far-reaching significance.China today,however,how the current situation of the development of aquaculture,industry what is the level of green development,industry development should be with,what these are yet to be studied.Based on this,the paper is focused on the Marine aquaculture,（2019）Lin Weibin for references on how to construct green development index,on the basis of trying to on the basis of economic development,with green farming as constraint,in economy,the production and the ecological environment of the Concorde inclusive sustainable development for the consideration of mariculture green development level evaluation,and according to the evaluation results of"green"and"economy"levels in the industry for all regions to explore the development direction of^[1].First,this paper strictly on the basis of mariculture production and the ecological environment in the process of building bothChinese mariculture green development level evaluation index system,and the use of Super SBM model to measure mariculture green index,in order to measure the area of"green"degree;Second,to mariculture green index of mariculture actual the deflator for green,the output value by regional mariculture green;The mariculture green by indexing the output value,the assignment method of processing,reflected industrial economy and green farming level of provinces and cities,Concorde containing green development index score,at the same time,analysis of China’s Marine aquaculture in recent years space-time evolution trend of provinces and cities;Finally,the introduction of mariculture external factors,to explore the external factors which affect green breeding level in China,and connecting with the measure results,to explore how to realize the efficient mariculture of provinces and cities,green development,and then puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.This article main research conclusion:（1）over the past 2011 years,Chinese mariculture green index in general is on the decline,the index of provinces and cities,different price.Chinese mariculture waters pollution continues to evolve,and at the same time the main input factors affecting the level of mariculture in China green is fry in excess,labor input is larger and the excessive use of feed;（2）Chinese mariculture green from 2011to 2018 the output value in general is on the decline,and mariculture actual gap is increasing year by year,the output value of aquaculture greening level to keep pace with economic development level,the future need to improving the quality of economic development,focusing on green farming;（3）China’s overall mariculture green development in the medium level,and the green degree and economic level serious not harmonious;（4）the mariculture of provinces and cities,the green development index score shows the distribution of the lower from north to south,mariculture green development level have significant agglomeration features,green development level is higher provinces can improve surrounding provinces and cities more green development;（5）the external influence factors,the fishermen’s technical training,disaster prevention efforts and industrial structure optimization of a positive impact on mariculture green index.
