Ningdu yellow chickens is a famous local breed of small yellow chicken meat quality, with outstanding meat earliness and excellent features, but individual small, slow growth, low reproductive performance, higher farming costs. To explore ways to reduce feed costs, reduce feed waste, paper studies the energy level of a low protein diet on growth, ratherhave yellow chicken, some characteristics of body size, slaughtering and early layingperformance and Ningdu yellow chicken egg.1. Effects of dietary protein and energy levels for low-Ning Yellow Chicken ProductionPerformance9-week-old birds were selected320healthy rather similar weight are yellow chickenhen (purebred and hybrid chicken chicken feather160each) were randomly divided intofour treatments with four replicates of10birds chickens.4treatments were fed corn-soybean meal diet, treatment A (control group) diets formulated keeping in accordancewith national standards Yellow Chicken (2004), which contains12.98MJ/kg metabolicenergy,16%crude protein; Treatment B, C, D (experimental group) dietarymetabolizable energy were12.18MJ/kg,11.37MJ/kg,10.55MJ/kg, proteins were15%,14%,13%, protein and metabolizable energy ratio were A consistent treatment:12.3g/MJ.4diets were added to the first three limiting amino acid chicken: methionine, threonine andlysine, an amino acid to balance the need to test chickens. Test results were as follows.1.1Effects of dietary protein and energy levels for the low growth performance rather haveyellow chickenLow protein diets reduce energy levels greater impact on weight rather YellowChicken, but with the increase in feeding time, this effect slowly narrowing the gap.9to11weeks of age, while13to15weeks in group A daily gain and feed conversion ratio andthree experimental groups showed a highly significant (P<0.01) or a significant difference(P<0.05).Low protein diets reduce energy levels on weight rather have a smaller impact onhybrid chickens, only15weeks old when body weight was significantly greater in group Agroup C (P<0.05),13~15weeks of age when, A group and D group ADG and feedconversion ratio showed a significant (P<0.05).1.2Impact of rather low protein and energy levels on the performance of both body sizeyellow chickens rearing periodReduced by1percentage point (group B) Ning Yellow Chicken purebred pubic widthwas significantly increased (P<0.01), and the pubic bone width and tibial circumferencewere significantly or very significantly (P<0.01) affects more than3percentage pointslower (group D); body rather are hybrid chickens in group B and group C long (pole) wassignificantly longer in group D (P<0.01, P<0.05), A group of pubic width was significantly greater than group C, tibia length D group the longest, and significantly greater than B andgroup C (P<0.05).1.3Impact of low protein and energy levels on performance rather Yellow ChickenSlaughterLeg muscle rate in group A was significantly (P<0.05) than in group B, abdominal fatwas significantly (P<0.05) higher than that in group D, spleen index was significantly(P<0.05) is less than the D group, thymus index D group was significantly (P<0.05) thanin group C, group A and group B with no significant difference (P<0.05), the differencebetween the groups was not significant bursal index (P<0.05).1.4Effects of low protein and energy levels are rather early yellow chicken eggperformanceA group has the highest protein level, the maximum number of early egg individualdifferences between the groups was not significant (P>0.05), opened the first production, and significantly earlier than the D group (P<0.05), the highest overall, while the hybridchicken egg up to the individual to group C, group A among groups were not significantlydifferent (P>0.05).Comprehensive analysis of the performance indicators, rather purebred YellowChicken protein levels in1%reduction showed better growth, body size, meat productionperformance, and Ningdu hybrid chickens in reducing the growth of2%, layingperformance is not affected If continues to decline, even though the first three limitingamino acid is added, the performance is still affected.2Study on eggs characteristics of Ningdu Yellow Chickens2.1Hybrid and open production index weight change on Ning is yellow eggsWhile the chicken blood containing exotic species hybridization experiments Isachickens have very little, but still increased egg weight; impact of age on egg weight openproduction is very large, and this effect will last for a long time, premature openingproduction chickens produced eggs will long small.2.2Law of egg weight changes Ningdu yellow chicken egg storage and incubation periodEgg weight loss and storage time was positively correlated during storage, andbetween-group difference was significant (P<0.01), egg weight increased, weight lossalso increased, but not significantly different (P weightlessness rate>0.05); differentstorage time of hatching egg weight change during the impact is not obvious, but theimpact of weightlessness on the hatching egg weight of larger, no significant differencesbetween different eggs in addition to the restructuring of weightlessness when embryonicage18, the other heavier egg embryo age group weight loss was significantly (P<0.05)greater than the lighter group.2.3Comparative Analysis is rather common commercially available yellow eggs with eggquality Ning are yellow eggs on the egg shape index, egg density, Haugh unit, yolk proteinratio and other quality indicators are good, but in egg weight, shell thickness, shell weight, blood spots, meat quality indicators, such as the spot rate need to be improved.
