In order to ensure the quality of vegetables, harvesting must be done in a timely manner. However, with the reduction of the agricultural labor force and the aging of population, there is a corresponding increase in the cost of the agricultural production, and it will greatly reduce the competitiveness of the vegetable products. It is very significant to develop advanced mechanized harvesting technology and vegetable harvester. Vegetables contain fruit vegetablesã€leafy vegetablesã€corm and so on, and their harvesting type are different with different vegetables. According to the diet and the vegetable cultivation of the people of Guangdong province, directing at green leafy vegetables, through finding out the vegetables which there is commonality of them, we have developed the green leafy vegetables harvester machine. However, due to the wide variety of green leafy vegetables, we select the representative green leafy vegetables——water spinach as the main object of the study, through finding out the vegetables with which there is commonality of water spinach, so we can develop the green leafy vegetables harvester, in order to popularize the mechanized harvesting of other variety of green leafy vegetables.Green leafy vegetables harvester contains power part (side-beam traction with the traction), picking part (reciprocating cutter and reel), driving part (chain drive and eccentric-and-rod mechanism, etc.), transportation part (conveyor belt), collection box, frame and other components. In the picking park, the knife with the power and the auxiliary of the reel, pick the vegetables. The picking part is fixed on the front of the harvester. After picking vegetables, they will be moved to the collection box by conveyor belt. There are a lot of advantages of the machine:A high degree of mechanization, easy operation, low cost, time-saving, low damage of vegetables, long life, easy to promote the use of other vegetables.The main contents of this paper:By analyzing the movement mechanism of the harvester, establish the mathematical model of the machine; Design the each component (cutter, reel, transportation part, driving part, frame, etc.) and create the3D model by using Solidworks software; Fit the path curves of the cutter and reel by using Pro/Engineer software, to analyze the factors, in order to optimize the structural parameters of the mechanism and the motion parameters, so we can get the optimal trajectory and the optimal motion parameters. Optimize the design of the driving mechanism of the cutter, meanwhile, by using Solidworks software and ABAQUS software to make the motion simulation and finite element analysis of the driving mechanism of the cutter after optimized, in order to verify the correctness of the optimization. |
