Experimental Study On Gasifying Medicine In Greenhouse

In the progress of greenhouse production in our country, due to using the backward spraying machines for a long time, it brought the increasingly serious ecological problems to our agricultural production and life. In order to improve the work efficiency and high utilization rate of pesticide of spraying machine, a kind of gasification drug-delivery device has been designed, which can achieve low levels and automatic spraying in the greenhouse, and also be simple and practical. It is required to cooperate with CO2filling device together to constitute the drug-delivery device of the type of CO2greenhouse gasification efficiency.This paper is given priority to the design, experiment and study the optimal scheme of gasification drug-delivery device. With the principle of carburetor that can be liquid atomization, it is "gas" device as the gasification device, and connected to the centrifugal blower, and completes liquid atomization and spray. Based on the orthogonal experiment design method, and comprehensive evaluation of the various factors influencing the test indexes, it optimizes the structure parameters of the gasification device and parameters of the related agents.The conclusions from this experiment are as follows:(1) the centrifugal blower blowing rate is14m3/min, and the pipe fitting which is connected with the carburetor is the horn type pipe fittings. The scheme Gasification device is the optimum structure scheme;(2) using the optimum structure scheme of gasification device, the effect of using of abamectin or phenyl ether JiaHuan azole micro emulsion (these two kinds of pesticides are emulsion type pesticide) for spray test is good, and water and liquid mixing ratio can be5:1;(3) gasification device not only realizes spraying pesticide without staff in greenhouse, but also the cost of the gasification device is low, and the effect of gasification device spray is good. At the same time, it can greatly reduce the humidity in the protected area, and reduce the possibility of plant diseases and insect pests from the source.
