Three strains rumen anaerobic fungi were separated and purified from the rumen of Inner Mongolia sheep in the experiment by Hungate roll tube method. Through the traditional method and modern morphological analysis of ITS sequences, They were finally identified as Neocallimastix spp, Piromyces spp and Cyllamyces spp, respectively.Cellulose was choosen as the fermentation substrate, a total of7groups, the three strains were cultured with alone, between two and three, measuring gas production, pH value, degradation rate, concentration of ammonia nitrogen and protein, the results show that the degree of fermentation of the mixture is greater than the cultured alone, and the strain is N> C> P.Cellulose and soluble starch in different ratio together were selected as fermentation substrate(10:07:3and5:5). It measured the growth characteristic of anaerobic fungi and cellulase activity at the different carbon source. It has been known that N had grater cellulase activity,the mixed strains had a more cellulase activity,too.Compared this with the aboved,we found the same resultes. And it shows that7:3is the best.
