With Reaumuria soongorica and its growth of soil in the Xilingole region of Alxazuoqi for study,through the conventional content ion determination meth od, Scanning electron microscopy, Oxidase activity, MDA, Determination of proline and fuzzy math function analysis to investigate the adaptive features of Reaumuria soongorica to desert soil salinization, obtain the following conclusions:①The soil of Xilingole region showed alkaline. The content of total salt was between1.8~3.8g/kg, the moisture was between1.51±0.23%~4.61±0.14%, pH8.1~8.4, conductivity was1.5~4.6ms/cm.②The leaves of Reaumuria soongorica were carnification. Leaves and stems surface had salt glands, the stomatal apparatus and trichomes, The salt glands of leaf epidermis was greater density, had16~20salt glands in the lmm2epidermis.The root of Reaumuria soongorica cross section scan architecture found had many catheter, through the catheter transport the salt and water to the salt glands of leaf and to the in vitro.③The root, stem and leaf of Reaumuria soongorica have Na+, K+, Ca2+and Mg2+ion.The same with the cation of root grow in the soil environment. The content of various ions in the different parts of Reaumuria soongorica was root<stem<leaf. It contributed to reveal the water potential gradient, was conducive to the absorption of salt, transportation, and through the salt gland in vitro.④The different types of Reaumuria soongorica belonged to middle resistance type.The MDA. SOD, POD, pro content were no significant differences between different plant type. CAT had no significant differences between the middle and large strains, and had significant differences between the small and large strains, middle and small strains. In the Reaumuria soongorica leaf, The content of SOD and CAT content was large strain<middle strain<small strain; The content of POD was small strain<large strain<middle strain; Free proline content was small strain<middle strain<large strain.
