The study investigatied of walnut germplasm resource of Jin Chengjiang area, Yizhou city, Tiane county, Nandan county, Dahua county, Luocheng county, huanjiang county, Donglan county, Bama county which10counties (city, district) in Hechi city. Measure the nut phenotypic traits, indicators of correlation analysis, regression model analysis.comprehensively evaluated,and principal component analysis protein content and fat content of the kernel main nutrients57walnut superior trees in checking from99strains of primaries.The main results of study are as follows:(1) Deadline On March20,2014, Hechi city has growed larger. In less than a year, completed the walnut planting area of about930000mu, and then the city’s existing walnut planting area of more than160ten thousand mu..Among the Investigation of99strains of walnut trees,97.98%of the walnut trees are planted in karst area. The altitude range between138m to1000m which is wide, and each interval of age is homogeneous. Tree height was mainly concentrated in which the10.1-15m rang and the15.1-20m range.The diameter at breast height mainly concentrated in which the10.0-30cm rang and the30.1-50cm range.(2)Walnut nut weight range between4.97g to17.11g, with a average value of10.54g; Nuts longitudinal diameter range between26.16mm to45.94mm, with a average value of34.84mm; Nut transverse diameter range between23.42mm to34.95mm, with a average value of29.42mm; Nut diameter range between25.36mm-38.62mm, with a average value of32.40mm; Nut shell thickness range between0.78mm to1.91mm, with a average value of1.27mm; Nut kernel range between0.28to0.69, with a average value of0.49; Nut kernel weight range between1.76g to7.65g, with a average value of5.11g; The variation coefficient from high to low is:single walnut weight (23.58%). kernel weight (23.50%). shell thickness (18.11%). nut kernel percent (15.10%). nut longitudinal diameter (11.51%). diameter (8.73%). transverse diameter (8.33%)(3)Among the check16strains of the walnut trees, the nut protein content of the average is15.36%, the minimum value is11.56%, the maximum value is21.92%; Standard deviation is2.54, the variation coefficient is16.54%. The nut fat content of the average is64.95%, the minimum value is60.67%, the maximum value is73.58%; Standard deviation is3.27, the variation coefficient is5.03%.(4)Walnut weight, nut longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, diameter, and kernel weight all five indicators of correlation between two present is a very significant positive correlation; Shell thickness and Walnut weight appear very significant positive correlation; Shell thickness showed a significant negative correlation with kernel percent; Nut kernel and weight showed significant negative correlation; Kernel percent significant positive correlation with kernel weight; Among the nut protein content, fat content, nuts phenotypic traits are not reached significant level.(5)Using the principal component analysis, the first four principal components variance accumulation contribution rate is92.6131%, Among them in the first principal component mainly reflect the information of nuts phenotypic traits.
