In today’s world, precision agriculture has become a trend, but with the difference betweenplanting patterns and develop domestic context, agricultural operations abroad is generallyintensive and large-scale farm operations, domestic agricultural operations is highly dispersedsmall plots job, so we must be combined with China ’s national conditions and the actualproduction to the development of precision agriculture equipment. In this thesis, intelligentvariable seeding of precision agriculture as a starting point to design an intelligent planterspacing stepless regulator, which enables stepless adjustment of spacing.In this paper, we did an analysis on variable seeding equipment for domestic andinternational comparative, combined with China ’s national conditions and the actualproduction,we determined the spacing stepless regulator design; describe its basic structureand operating principle,have carried out the performance analysis.of spacing adjustment; weestablished its input speed, output speed adjustment function model displacement and spacingbetween aircraft in order to achieve intelligent control stepless regulator; In order to clarify theperformance of mechanical spacing stepless regulator on the corn planter, we haveperformanced spacing stepless regulator tested that qualified to seedmeter index, drainbroadcast index, the replay index and coefficient of variation as test indicators. As the resultsshow that number of trees for qualified Index3500、4500、5500acres are98.15%、95.6%、93.53%, which both meet the national standards under these circumstances that sowingelectrical control spacing stepless regulator is stable and planter forward speed is4km/h; thenumber of trees for qualified Index3500、4500、5500acres are93.22%、92.5%、87.5%,whichare up to national standards under the condition that planter forward speeds6km/h, he numberof trees for qualified Index3500、4500、5500acres are90.5%、89.2%、88.6%,which are up tonational standards under the condition that planter forward speeds6km/h.
