Plant factory is the advanced stage in the development of modern agricultural facilities,which is centered on biology and engineering technology,based on scientific management and aimed at creating optimum growth and development conditions for plants.The facility,controlled by human beings,gets rid of the limitations of natural conditions partly or completely.It can realize industrialized production of plants in a purposeful and planned way to alleviate the contradiction between resources shortage and population growth effectively.During the production process of plant factory,stable and efficient light source is an important method to control and regulate the growth and development of plants.With the continuous development of high-power monochrome LED devices,LED chips can have light source in multiple spectrum,such as mass,microscale and beneficial light quality.Compared to traditional light source,it has more advantages,such as high lighting efficiency,long lifespan and narrow wavelength coverage.More and more research institutes put into LED technology field to make its price become lower.Compared to fluorescent and high pressure sodium lamp and other traditional light sources,LED light source has not only low energy consumption,but also narrow light range and advantages to combine multiple spectra.Thus.LED can form different favorable spectra for different plant growth.However,the existing LED light used in the research of agricultural field mainly focuses on red and blue lights.It fills light for plants by adopting different proportions and usually controls light through simple on-off method when using.In fact,different plants appears different sensitivities for different light sources.The on-off control of red and blue lights in certain proportion cannot meet the demands of light source precision control of modern plants obviously.Therefore,the regulation mode with more detailed and accurate regulation precision need to be researched.In addition,the design of plants lighting system should meet the demands of mass production of plant factory,but the existing overall consistent regulation mode does not meet the demands of diversified production of plants.Consequently,modern control technology is used to research a new integrated control method to fill light for different plants.Hence,this paper focuses on the problem of plant spectra combination and insufficient regulation with existing LED of plant factory.The main research contents are:1.We researched the technology of Pulse Width Modulation,and constructed the control panel.Then we studied the STC drive IC based on Pulse Width Modulation technology to adjust light intensity,and designed and implemented the Light source drive module.In view of each module,we drawn the principle diagram,made plate,welded and tested the circuit,achieved a more detailed and accurate adjustment,and provided technical reference for using LED light source to regulate and control in plant plant light environment.2.We have researched the Z-stack protocol stack of ZigBee,took advantage of the modern control technology,designed wireless data transparent transmission protocol for communicating between devices,and it conformed to the management mode of plant factory mass production,and we have realized a new way to fill light for different plants,provided a kind of new thinking of construction for plant factory multi partition coordinated control,and it met the demand of diversification of plant production.3.We have designed the integrated control software and the lower computer program of the LED biological spectrum,to achieve the wireless control of the hardware part by computer.We developed a database to record the light adjustment parameters in the process of plant growth.Then we used this set of equipment to carry on the germination rate and growth experiment of Arabidopsis thaliana.Based on the above research,Firstly,the LED multispectral stepless regulation method used in growing and lighting plants is studied according to the influence of spectral range on plant growth and light properties of LED,based on which a regulation device is developed to realize 255 levels of each light source of LED multispectral light intensity and to achieve accurate regulation of light.Secondly,a facility control method with adjustable address is achieved by designing the control packet format combined with address information.So the device can configure different addresses for integrated control.At last,a verification test is applied in Arabidopsis by using this device.
