China is a large country of rice production,rice yield accounts for 33% of the world's total yield,but because of the frequent occurrence of rice pests and diseases,the rice yield in China is seriously affected.Pest control is an important part of agricultural production.Chemical control and mechanical application are both timely and effective means of pest control.However,due to the disunity of rice planting rows in different regions of China,the position of diseases and insect pests in rice plants is different.The sprayer head is fixed in the market,so the spraying machine can not be applied accurately according to the actual planting distance of rice and the different position of disease and insect pests in rice plant.In order to solve the above problems,this paper optimizes the design of the spray system with Shandong Zhonghe 3WPS-300 self-propelled spray rod sprayer as the prototype.A kind of spraying mechanism with automatic change of line distance,automatic adjustment of spray head height and uniform application of spraying rod is developed.The machine can meet the control needs of different rice growing cycle and different occurrence position of diseases and insect pests,and can be widely used in different regions of China.The spray system is optimized to make the actual working row spacing of the sprinkler meet the requirements of automatic stepless adjustment in the range of 14 to 30 cm(4 to 9 inches).The spray system in this study can be applied to the rice crown,and it can be sprayed below the crown.And can achieve automatic height adjustment of the nozzle,to achieve accurate application of rice.At the same time,in order to make it convenient to walk on the road during non-working hours,the automatic folding function of the boom support was designed.Modeling and analysis of wing support and hinge.The SolidWorks 3D modeling software is used to model the wing support and hinge,and the strength and stiffness of the wing support and hinge are simulated and analyzed based on the ANSYS workbench software to verify the rationality of the wing support and hinge structure.Optimization of pipe line,the spray is more uniform.The pressure of the liquid is analyzed and calculated.The pressure difference of each nozzle is 0.23%,which meets the national standard requirement of the pressure difference of each nozzle not more than 2.5%.Laboratory and field tests of the prototype.The test results show that the spray machine prototype can achieve uniform spraying,automatic row spacing,automatic adjustment of nozzle height and automatic folding.The control effect of two kinds of spraying and conventional pesticide application methods on the 4 and 7 days after the treatment of rice and insect pests in the middle and lower parts of rice were compared: the control effect of the penetration method was 83.3% and 90.1%,which was significantly better than that of 61.6% and 73.3% of the conventional application.Therefore,the effect of this applicator on the prevention and control of the middle and lower diseases of rice was better than that of the conventional application.Medicine machine.
