| With the development of society, there is a growing emphasis on environmental quality, favor of the brilliant color-leafed plants in green space. Tangshan is a modern coastal city, the color-leafed plants shared a very important position in landscaping, the applications of color-leafed plants have developed rapidly in recent years. Through field investigation and evaluation, research the status and problems of the color-leafed plants in Tangshan garden application.The results indicated:1. Field investigation and study the landscape application in Tangshan urban green space of color-leafed plants, including36families,59genera and85species. There have10kinds of spring-color plants, account for11.76%;57kinds of autumn leaves, account for67.06%;26kinds of ever-color trees, account for30.59%. Judging from plant sources, colorful plants in green areas had38native species accounting for44.71%,47imported species accounting for55.29%.2. Evaluated the adaptability of Tangshan garden color-leafed plants, There were44species with good adaptability accounting for51.76%,38species with moderately good adaptability accounting for44.71%,1species with acceptable adaptability accounting for1.18%and2species with bad adaptability accounting for2.35%.320species of fall-color plants were investigated in detail, recording their ornamental characteristics, including color-varying period, color-varying date, the best color changing temperature, as well as the changing colors in the process of color-varying etc.By mapping analysis, I recommended the best viewing period for fall-color plants was in early October to early November, meanwhile derived by using the RHS plant colorimetric card selected the leaf color value of the20kinds of plants representative of fall-color plants in the best view period.The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects:Investigating and reorganizing the main resources of color-leafed plants in Tangshan; the photos of20kinds of common fall-color plants’ leaves in different period and the corresponding gradient process color combination, intuitive show the gradient process of the leaf color; strengthen the significance of color-leafed plants in the design of a dynamic urban landscape. |
