In this study, the agronomic, physiological and quality characters and SSR molecular markers were analyzed for42Rapeseed varieties and resources in China. The results showed that:(1) Yield difference was great for42rapeseed varieties in2013.The yield of Jinyou6,9801, N12, J030and Jinjian5were more than200kg/667m2. When the clustering distance was5.0, the42Rapeseed varieties could be divided into3major categories. The correlation analysis of9agronomic characters of Brassica napus showed that plant height and first effective branch site length, first effective branch site length and1000-seeds weight, total branch number per plant and pod number per plant et al. reached significant or highly significant correlation. The principal component analysis showed that the first principal component was the higher the better, the second principal component and the third principal component was moderate.(2)5accessions of rape materials which yield had been higher in2012was treated under the artificial simulation of6kinds of low temperature stress, the enzymatic activity of SOD, POD> CAT was consistent in the change rule. Under the condition of the same low temperature, the enzymatic activity of SOD、POD. CAT varied with the trand of rising firstly and going down during6to24hours. At the same temperature, the enzymatic activities of SOD、POD、CAT were rising from5℃to0℃.Under the6kinds of low temperature, the enzymatic activity of SOD、POD、 CAT of the5rapeseed varieties were in the list of Ronghuayou2, Jinjian5, Deyou4, Longyou5, Ningza11from high to low.(3)The activity of SOD, content of MDA of the42rapeseed accessions was always higher in the fallen flower stage than in early flowering season. The activity of POD in31of the42accessions, were higher in the fallen flower stage than in early flowering season. The relative conductivity of41rapeseed varieties in fallen flower stage was higher than in early flowering season.(4)The content of oil, glucosinolate, erucic acid and protein had a very close correlation relationship. Among them, the content of oil and protein was negative correlation, the content of protein and glucosinolate was positive correlation, the content of glucosinolate and erucic acid was negative correlation.(5) The PCR amplification of SSR for the15accessions of rapeseed was done with12primers.74polymorphic bands were amplified. There were497polymorphic loci detected. When the genetic similarity coefficient was0.47,15rapeseed materials can be divided into two categories.
