| With the improvement of people’s living quality,the requirement for the quality of animal products is also increasing.However,the Long term abuse additives,such as antibiotics,results in the drug residues in animal products,and is directly harmful to people’s health.Thisexperiment adopted by monascus biostime is a kind of avirulent and harmless,green feed additive of no residue.384Hailanhe layers aged300days were chosen randomly into two groups, the control group respectively and the monascus biostime group, which of weight and rate close. Each group has three repeat, each repeating group with64layers. During the test, laying hens freely gather the food, drinking water during7days preliminary trial period,45days trial period. We recorded the total number of eggs,broken eggs several deaths, feed consumption, laying hens, every day. At the end the egg quality and blood biochemical indexes were determined. The results are as follows:(1) The production performance:The material egg ratio and the broken egg rate of monascus biostime group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), but for the egg production has no significant influence (P>0.05).(2) Egg quality:the average egg weight, egg and egg yolk index, egg yolk brightness (CIE L*),yellow degree of egg yolk (CIE b*),and egg yellow degree (CIE b*)have no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).And the haugh unit, eggshell strength,eggshell thickness, yolk red degrees (CIE a*) and eggshell red degrees (CIE a*) of the monascus biostime group are significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Monascus biostime group than control group, the eggshell intensity (CIE L*) has a significant difference (P<0.05).(3)Blood indicators:Compared with control group, total protein, albumin, highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol in the blood, aspertate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase levels of monascus biostime group layers increased significantly(P<0.05). Total cholesterol,lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, urea nitrogen,glucose levels are significantly lower(P<0.05). (4) Oxidation resistance:The superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)of Monascus biostime group is significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The malondialdehyde(MDA) content is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05)..The results above indicated that monascus biostime can significantly improve the production performance of laying hens,stabilize and improve the eggs of the conventional indicators under the premise,which without affecting laying hens rate, especially remarkable for eggcoloring and eggshell strength effect.Also significantly it can reduce the cholesterol in blood,and improve the body’s antioxidant,the immune function and the disease resistance of laying hens. |
