In recent years, Horticultural facilities is developing very quickly in our country.Cultivated area is increasing year by year, forming different types of facilities, production mode and technical system in different regions, but with the increase of planting and excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers, soil ecological environment is worsening, crop yields and quality also falls, and it leads to a serious continuous cropping obstacle. This experiment aims at the serious situation of facilities horticulture crops where continuous cropping obstacle occurs, with several years of planting cucumbers, take Jinchun5cucumber as test material, set different fertilizer treatments, focus on different organic fertilizers on the control of cucumber continuous cropping effects, in the hope of alleviate the cucumber continuous cropping obstacles through rational fertilization way, and achieve the purpose of high-yield, high-quality and high-efficiency, lay a foundation for the research of continuous cropping obstacle. Test is divided into two parts:different organic materials and special biological antagonism organic fertilizer on the control effects of the cucumber continuous cropping obstacle, we tested cucumber seedling plant height, stem diameter, chlorophyll content, leaf number and other related plant traits and yield traits and the content of soluble protein, soluble sugar, soluble solids, organic acid content, and soil total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and available potassium, organic matter content and soil pH and conductivity in different treatments and periods. The following results were obtained.1. There are different effects on cucumber plant growth in different years and different treatments. Results shows that as the length of cucumber continuous cropping increases, plant height, stem diameter, leaf chlorophyll shows a downward trend, the plant height data of2013is19.6-56.3%lower than the same period in2012,0.3-12.9%and0.09-16.4%with stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content. Among all treatments, vermicompost is the best. The growth indicators of vermicompost are better than other treatments, and the reduction is smaller than other processing. Vermicompost can promote the growth of cucumber in seedling stage, and can slow down the growth decline of cucumber replanting problem.2. There are different effects on cucumber yield in different years and different treatments. The cucumber yield of2013(three years of continuous cropping) is lower than in it was in2012(two years of continuous cropping) by9.9-31.4%. The output of the cucumber planted with vermicompost is the highest in both2012and2013, and the reduction is the minimum, in2013,the yield per plant with vermicompost is1059g/plant,9.9%lower than in2012. Planting cucumber with vermicompost ease the problem of production caused by continuous cropping.3. There are different effects on cucumber quality in different years and different treatments. Results show that along with the increasing length of continuous cropping, cucumber quality traits shows a downward trend, in2013(three years of continuous cropping), soluble sugar, soluble protein, soluble solids and sugar acid ratio is less than2012years, respectively17.8-27.9%lower than in2012(two years of continuous cropping),17.8-27.9%、6.0-18.7%、0.5-6.4%、31.4-46.8%, organic acid content increased10.5-33%than it was in2012. The quality of the cucumber treated with vermis dung shows the best in both two years, and various fertilization treatment is better than that of inorganic fertilizer, the quality of the cucumber treated with vermis dung showed a remarkable difference than it was treated with inorganic fertilizer processing.4. There are different effects on soil physical and chemical properties change in different years and different treatments. Results show that after the application of organic material, there is a visible increase in soil effective phosphorus and available potassium content. Organic content is on the rise, pH decline on the whole, a significant rise in conductivity value.5. The coordinate use of common organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer BIO and resistance BIO biological organic fertilizer and organic manure shows the influence of soil physical and chemical properties. The application of common organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer BIO resistance and ordinary organic fertilizer can significantly increase the soil organic matter content, while resistance of the biological organic fertilizer BIO shows no significant effects on soil organic matter. It suggests that biological organic fertilizer BIO resistance and ordinary organic fertilizer application is superior to the single resistance of biological organic fertilizer, and can better provide nutrients for replanting problem, and better ease the replanting problem.
