In this experiment, the effects of 5 fertilizations on development, quantity, quality of cucumber and soil invernments were studied through autumn to winter and spring in cultural cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) in solar greenhouse. In addition, different treatments were evaluated multi-objective and comprehensively by Grey Relativity Analysis. The main results are as follows:1) In this experiment, cucumber growth and yield are affected by organic fertilizer, especially by organic fertilizer with urea-dressing. But there is not distinct difference between chicken manure and cattle manure treatment.2) Chlorophyll and Carotenoid content, nitrate content, catalase activity in stem and leaf distinctly increased by using organic fertilizer, more obviously increased by using organic fertilizer with urea-dressing.3) Ascorbic acid (Vc), soluble protein, free amino acid and nitrate content in cucumber fruit are affected by organic fertilizer, especially increased by using organic fertilizer with urea-dressing, but soluble sugar content are not affected by organic fertilizer or nitrogen fertilizer.4) Organic fertilizer caused the decrease of soil pH, the accumulation of nitrate, the increase of EC, decrease the fertilizer N use ratio, especially affected by nitrogen organic fertilizer with urea-dressing altogether.5) Organic fertilizer can increase the soil urease activity and invertase activity, but not the soil catalase activity.6) Among the five treatments, the treatment of using cattle manure with urea-dressing had the best cucumber fruit quality and yield, but increased significantly the soil N03-N content accumulation and leaching based on the results of Grey Relativity Analysis.
