In order to increase the diversity of solution cultural flower, especially in woody plants less phenomenon, the experiment uses Pachira macrocarpa for the materials, selecting culture medium formula, rooting treatment, aeration time by means of different types of hormones, different concentration, different treatment times and comparison mode of production. Studying the characteristic of solution culture rooting to choice the best way for Pachira macrocarpa induce rooting. To promote the application offer foundation of theory and technology.1、Rich tree rooting medium choice, through comparing the pearl powder, husk and water of rooting index, root and plant growth to determine the best rooting medium, consider the status as a basis for future research. The experimental results show that with clean water as medium of rooting medium is more suitable for the rich tree root growth, the rooting index287,that is3.72times with perlite rooting index.it is2.19times the coconut husk.2、Root treatment options, we choose to cut off all the native roots, the rooting index of356.51, is2.05times the retention of all native plants root.
