Hydroponic was the process which used integrated technical measures such as modern physics,chemistry,biotechnology and so on to cut plant root,promote root,regeneration and biochemical mutagenesis,so that the plants could grow new root to adapt the water environment.Hydroponics flower clean and environmental protection,easy maintenance and management,with strong ornamental.As the hydroponic production technology of ornamental flowers in China gradually mature and the scale of production was further expansion,hydroponics flower on the flower market i will become more and more bigger,the prospect of industrialization application will become more and more wider.But hydroponic flower in our country was still not a complete unified technical standard.This needs scientific research units of hydroponic flower research,improve and perfect the hydroponic flower production technology.The research to do the hydroponic induction of different plant roots with the different 3-IBA and oxygen time treated,to determine the best condition of plant hydroponic root induction.And developed a set of hydroponic device,introduced its characteristics in detail.And cultivated more than 30 kinds of common flowers use the hydroponic device,analysis to determine the difficulty of hydroponic rooting different kinds of plant;Record the hydroponic root's morphological characteristics and ornamental of each plant;And introduced the commonly used maintenance methods,formed a complete set of hydroponic system.Finally,with the different3-IBA and oxygen time treated to do the hydroponic induction of strawberry roots.And its manual paraffin sections were prepared to compare the difference of the root which plant in hydroponics and soil culture environment.The results of this study are as follows:1.The effects of oxygen time to the hydroponic root induced: The treatment with4 h oxygen processing of bracket plant and copper grass hydroponic induction effect is better,phantom pen bracket plant was more easy to take root than scrub bracket plant under the condition of same hydroponic;Through oxygen 4 h in the rooting ability of ivy sort of green leaf > hula vie ivy > lobular ivy.2.The effects of 3-IBA to the hydroponic root induced: the Mosaic type of colored grass(A)'s optimal concentration of 3-IBA to do the hydroponic root induced was 20 mg/L,the Yellow green leaf type of colored grass(B)'s optimal concentration of 3-IBA to do the hydroponic root induced was 10 mg/L,the gold leaf sweet potato's the optimal concentration of 3-IBA to do the hydroponic root induced was 30 mg/L.3.The compare of homemade hydroponic device and simple hydroponic slot: the homemade hydroponic device in this study had many advantage such as the overall of nutrient reserves was more,the liquid layer depth can be adjusted,and nutrient solution circulating needn't extra increased oxygen.In addition,this device was easy to operate,beautiful and practical,can take fish,cover an area of an area small,applicability is wide and short production cycle,and the cost was low(only 2000RMB).The number of new root,new leaf and the longest root length of strawberrywhich cultivated in homemade hydroponic device were greater than which cultivated in simple hydroponic slot,and the former plant grew significantly better than the latter.Compared with the simple hydroponic slot,homemade hydroponic device is more suitable for the plant to induce the hydroponic root.4.The compare of rooting ability of different plants which cultured in the homemade hydroponic: this study had induced hydroponic root of 32 different plants successily in the homemade hydroponic device.And talked these plants divided into four categories according to the root of time,the four categories were easy to take root,take root more easily,more difficult to take root,very difficult to take root.These were easy to take root of china green,spotted dieffenbachia evergreen,and zebra evergreen,the incredible hulk evergreen,silver king,giant alocasia,arrowhead vine,Chinese evergreen,inch plant,devil's ivy,alocasia amazonica,Guiana chestnut,broadleaf bracket-plant;These were more ease to take root monster ceriman,monster ceriman,dracaena marinate,suha,calashes leuconeura,smallfruit fig,golden ball;More difficult to take root were peace lily,flamingo plant,peacock plant,elephant-foot tree,aspidistra,green apple arrowroot,Chinese aloe;Very difficult to take root were flamingo flower,pineapple,parlor palm,gearing cymbidium,asparagus fern and so on.5.The research of the hydroponic induction of strawberry roots: The treatment with 6h oxygen,200 mg/L 3-IBA was the best for the hydroponic induction of strawberry roots.Compared with the soil culture,the number of cortical cells of strawberry hydroponic root were more,arranged more loosen,and the volume of the cells were larger;The proportion of the whole cortex of the hydroponic roots were larger,the proportion of the vascular cylinder was relatively smaller,and the xylem and phloem structure was not obvious.The difference of microstructure of hydroponic roots was not big between different oxygen treated.
