| Large and medium-sized tractor is a industrial machinery and technologyintensive product and important agricultural production of agricultural machinery, although the technology in China in recent years develops relatively large, there isstill a certain distance with the advanced level.Dual Clutch Transmission is the newtechnology currently,it uses the traditional manual gearbox with dual clutch andelectric control components added excellent performance and good fueleconomy.Using DCT has a certain significance to improve tractor man-machineenvironment and the operational efficiency of tractor.Based on the analysis of the structure and function of the dual clutch automatictransmission, compare with different types of the DCT transmission, put forward theDCT scheme suitable for tractor working conditions.Taking DFH1804tractor as theresearch object, design the number and ratio of tractor gear, check the designresults.Lead into traction characteristics curve of the significance, make the tractioncharacteristics curve of DCT tractor, analyse and explain it.Use the parameters oftractor, establish the3D entity model in Pro/E,conduct into the tractor DCT modelfor moving interference inspection.Use the special interface between Pro/E andANSYSworkbench14.5,import the3D solid model, conduct the finite element andthe modal structural static strength of main parts.Through design calculation and3Dmodeling,analyse the finite element of results, complete the structure design ofDCT tractor. Results show that tractor DCT transmits the torque of engine reliablywith a reasonable structure and has qualified stiffness and strength,so meet thedesign requirements.... |
