The high and stable yield of Castor is a common concern for the breeding community and farmers.The research of correlative analysis on Castor's morphological structure modeling and functional structure takes Castor as the research object in this thesis.Through the implementation of different varieties,fertilizing and trimming measures,such as experiment,on the basis of gourd shape,structure,growth environment and cultivation measures,etc..By traditional measurement technology and modern information technology,the shape and structure of Castor aboveground index system are comprehensively measured,Castor's different growth periods and spatial morphological data of each organs are collected,and then some correlations are established between the Castor's morphological structure index,morphological structure,growth environment and cultivation measures.1.The mathematical model of castor-oil plant's morphological structure was constructed,including:(1)Based on the similarity of the same plants' leaves,and on the basis of the geometric characteristics of the leaves,the shape simulation and area estimation model of castor leaves were constructed according to the number of split leaves.The boundary binary image and morphological parameters of the blade were obtained by image processing technology.Based on the morphological characteristics,the circular distribution model of blade tip and the curve model of blade tip edge were constructed.(2)Based on the continuous observation of the length of main veins in the leaf growth process,the improved Logistic model was used to describe the growth process of Castor leaves.The results showed that the standard Root-Mean-Square Error(RMSEn)between the simulated value and the observed value of the improved Logistic model was less than 10%,which had a very good simulation effect and was superior to the commonly used Logistic model.In addition,the parameters of the improved Logistic model have clearer ecological significance.(3)Based on the spatial and temporal distribution of petiole and main vein of leaf on the main stem,the variation trend of main vein length with the upward trend of node position was analyzed,and the change rule of parabolic curve to oblique line was generally presented.The length and diameter of the petiole changed from parabolic curve to straight line.The inclination angle of petiole increases gradually with the increase of pitch position,while the inclination angle of petiole with low pitch position is negative.The number of plants with positive and negative rotation of petiole azimuth was almost equal.The azimuth of the positive and negative groups varied from 140.4 to 142.8~?.2.Based on the observation data of stem and leaf morphological structure and capsule morphological index,this thesis analyzes the relationship between Castor's stem diameter and yield composition(number,weight,grain number,grain weight,length and width of fruit).The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a certain correlation between the size of nutrient organs and yield components.In contrast,Castor's stem diameter had the greatest influence on the number of fruit balls,and the variation of Castor's stem diameter on the number of fruit balls was 37%.The order of size was: fruit ball number > fruit ball weight > fruit grain weight > fruit grain number > fruit length.The leaf area of Castor had certain effect on the number,weight,grain number and grain weight,length and balls of fruit.Among them,the effect of leaf area on the number of fruit balls and fruit grains was more than 50%.The leaf area of Castor had some effect on the number and the weight of fruit balls,the number and the weight of fruit grains,but it had no obvious effect on the length and width of fruit.The variation of fruit weight was more than 50%.Therefore,the correlative analysis between the size of vegetative organs and yield components showed that large branches in the cultivation process were more conducive to large fruits,which also proved that thick branches should be retained in pruning.Leaf area and capacity of pre-flowering branches are also important guarantee for obtaining large fruits.During the filling stage after flowering,maintaining a certain leaf area capacity is an important condition for obtaining heavy fruit,and the higher leaf area in this period is mainly to ensure grain filling and obtain a higher single grain weight.(2)There was a significant linear relationship between fruit bulb number,fruit bulb weight,fruit grain weight,fruit length and branch stem diameter,leaf area at flowering and leaf area at fruiting stage.The variation on the number and weight of fruit ball,number and weight of fruit grain and fruit length could be explained by the thickness of branch stem of Castor,leaf area at flowering and fruiting stage are respectively: 37%,31%,29%,30% and 19%.51%,27%,53%,25%,25%;11%,33%,21%,51%.The variation on the number and weight of fruit ball,number and weight of fruit grain and fruit length could be explained by multiple regression of Castor's branch radius,leaf area at flowering and fruiting stage are respectively: 67%,68%,76%,79% and 35%,respectively.3.Based on stem morphological structure,photosynthetic indexes and indexes of capsule of observation data,the comparison of the different position leaves light response curve,the SPAD value and the same leaf photosynthetic capacity of different time and different fertilization conditions of capsule shape index and morphological structure of differences,analyses the different position leaves,the different time on the same leaf photosynthetic capacity and cultivation measures the characteristics of the influence on the morphology and yield components,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of the corresponding relationship between plant morphological structure changes and physiological functions,the chlorophyll level(SPAD value)in leaves of different positions in the same plant at the same time period increased gradually from low to high with the leaf position,and then decreased.There were significant differences in the light response curves of leaves at different positions of the same plant at the same time,in which the photosynthetic capacity of the completely unfolded leaves at the top was the strongest,and the photosynthetic capacity of the leaves successively downward and upward was weakened.For fixed leaves,with the change of leaf development stage and leaf canopy position,the corresponding photosynthetic productivity is also significantly different,and the photosynthetic capacity of fully unfolded leaves is stronger than that before unfolding.(2)In terms of the influence of stage variable fertilization on morphology and yield,the average grain weight and grain number of a single plant under three fertilization treatments were higher than those under two fertilization treatments,the average grain weight and grain number of a single plant under two fertilization treatments were higher than those under one fertilization treatment,and the average grain weight and grain number of a single plant under one fertilization treatment were higher than those under no fertilization treatment.In the single plant fertilized at one time,the seed weight and the number of grains were the highest for basal fertilizer application,followed by ear fertilizer application,and the seed weight and the number of grains were the lowest for branch fertilizer application.Among the single plants fertilized twice,the single plant with basal fertilizer and branch fertilizer had the highest grain weight and grain number,followed by the single plant with ear fertilizer and branch fertilizer,and the single plant with basal fertilizer and ear fertilizer had the lowest grain weight and grain number.The 100-grain weight of a single plant with basal fertilizer was higher than that without basal fertilizer(except for N011).The 100-grain weight of N011 was the highest,and N000 and N001 were the lowest.The weight of 100 grains in the main stem was the highest,that in the first branch was the second,that in the second branch was lower than that in the first branch,and that in the third branch was the second.
