Many ticks parasitic in mammals, only a little on birds, reptiles andamphibians animalbody surface. Ticks are obligate ectoparasites, nonpermanent parasitic on vertebrates, suckingthe blood caused by host bitepart. Not only, also will be a variety of pathogens carried to thehost itself.According to reports, tick borne pathogens is amounted to200a variety of,including126viral,20rickettsial,14species of bacteria,18spirochetes,32protozoa and Chlamydia, itbrought great harm to human and livestock, so the tick and tick disease research more and moreattention.In this study,5-6months of2013from6city of three Northeast province, grazing cattlesurface acquisition parasitic ticks, there are175ticks of Jiao he city in Jilin province,151ticksof Tong hua City,148ticks of Yi chun City in Hei Longjiang province,161ticks of QiQihaer,159ticks of Fushun City in Liaoning Province,96ticks of Dan dong City in LiaoningProvince, a total of890. Through the investigation and classification of morphology andmolecular biology, we find that the results are consistent, the Haemaphysalis longicornisaccounted for48.4%(431/890), Dermacentor nuttalli accounted for20.9%(186/890),Dermacentor silvarum accounted for16.9%(150/890), Ixodes persulcatus (123/890) for13.8%.After data analysis showed that the dominant species of Haemaphysalis longicornisticks in threenortheast provinces bovine skin, while Ixodes persulcatus accounted for at least.Bunyamwera virus (Bunyaviridae) is one of the tick borne virus, it is a kind of coating ofnegative strand RNA viruses, because first of all from the western Uganda cloth, Vera(Bunyamwera) was isolated and named,officially named in1975. Bunyamwera virus is one ofthe largest families of arboviruses, its members about350, and continue to discovernewmembers. Most viruses circulating in the nature of the arthropod animal,between about60kinds of vertebrates, can make the person and animal pathogenic.The research method of three Northeast provinces collect surface of cattle ticks virus groupsequencing using metagenomic, by analyzing and comparing the sequencing results, found that3of the notes to the new cloth virus gene, followed by reverse transcription PCR verification onthe24surface of cattle tick, the results found new cloth virus nucleic acidsequences of1strainsfrom Tong Hua City, Jilin Province, the surface of cattle Haemaphysalis longicornis in.
