The test uses Lycium chinense for the materials, set up different hormones,nutrient levels and different cutting parts of Lycium chinense and compare with purewater hydroponic. Through the determination of rooting rate and related physiologicalindexes, to investigate the changes of physiological characteristics of Lycium chinensein rooting period. In order to determine the best hormone levels and rooting positionof Lycium chinense hydroponic, as to provide theoretical basis for Lycium chinensehydroponic seedling. The results are as follows:1The difference of hormone levels and cuttings parts.Lycium chinense can survive and grow in different hydropon conditions. But indifferent conditions in hormone levels and different cuttings parts. Lycium chinenseHydroponic of rooting rate and various physiological indexes showed significantdifference. The rooting rate performance: The best is NAA50mg/l processing stemapex,reached91.30%. Physiological indexes of performance: between Chla, Chlb,Chla+b, Chla/Chlb four content differences, NAA50mg/l, IBA100mg/l,2,4-D5mg/l processing medlar different stem leaf Chla, Chlb and than the total amount of thethree hormones under different levels of processing Lycium chinense cuttings of Chla,Chlb and total height, While the Chla/Chlb ratio was significantly lower than that ofother treatment conditions. In the different treatment conditions, NAA50mg/l stem tiproot activity was significantly higher than that of root activity of other treatmentconditions, according to the growth characteristics of plant roots, suggesting thatgrowth hormone low concentrations of root. Under different conditions, the content ofMDA in NAA50mg/l IBA100mg/l stem apex, middle,2,4-D5mg/l the old sectionof lower than other treatment conditions, exhibited the best resistance. The results andthe root vigor, soluble sugar content of different treatment of Lycium chinense undersimilar trend, NAA50mg/l stem tip the maximum content of soluble carbohydrate.2Different concentrations of nutrient solution on Lycium chinense PhysiologicalIndex.Lycium chinense in different hormone levels after treatment for2weeks, then takeroot, rooting in cuttings of average assigned to Hoagland nutrient solution in fourlevels,(25%,50%,75%,100%) and water control, determination of physiologicalindex,50%concentration of the nutrient solution cuttings, Chla, Chlb, Chla+b content,root activity, soluble sugar content was higher than other treatments; while the ratio ofChla/Chlb, MDA was lower than other treatment.By studying the change of Lycium chinense, rooting rate and physiologicalindicators can be drawn: hormone on Lycium chinense, cuttings treatment canpromote the growth of the NAA,50mg/l processing Lycium chinense cuttings thanother hormone treatment of Lycium chinense effect is more obvious; the Lyciumchinense cuttings, stem tip and the physiological indices to better than the old section.
