Organic matter with an average of 2.62 g/kg, pH 6.43 on average, CEC average 10.91 cmol/kg, total nitrogen content is 1.87 g/kg on average, alkali solution nitrogen content average of 37.77 mg/kg on average, the average total phosphorus content is 1.73 g/kg, effective phosphorus average of 22.01 mg/kg,0.89 g/kg, total potassium average effective potassium average of 80.76 mg/kg, the average effective iron 17.78 mg/kg, effective manganese average of 6.78 mg/kg, effective copper average of 0.43 mg/kg, effective calcium average of 64.58 mg/kg, effective magnesium average of 1.65 mg/kg, effective zinc average of 1.84 mg/kg, effective molybdenum average 44.31 ug/kg.Soil C.It is the neutral soil, low soil organic content, total nitrogen, total phosphorus enrichment; Effective potassium, CEC content of medium; Effective nitrogen, effective phosphorus, total potassium content is low; Efficient, effective, manganese, iron effective zinc content on the high side, effective calcium and magnesium content is low effectively; Effective copper and molybdenum content accord with a standard effectively. Organic matter with an average of 2.28 g/kg, pH 6.40 on average, CEC average 11.25 cmol/kg, total nitrogen content is 1.69 g/kg on average, alkali solution nitrogen content average of 30.64 mg/kg on average, the average total phosphorus content is 1.23 g/kg, effective phosphorus average of 25.73 mg/kg,0.93 g/kg, total potassium average effective potassium average of 85.08 mg/kg, the average effective iron 18.41 mg/kg, effective manganese average of 7.40 mg/kg, effective copper average of 0.43 mg/kg, effective calcium average of 52.57 mg/kg, effective magnesium average of 1.73 mg/kg, effective zinc average of 1.56 mg/kg, effective molybdenum average 51.42 ug/kg.Comprehensive soil nutrient characteristics of A, B, C three layers, nutrient vertical distribution is obvious. Base of the soil ph value and soil are suitable for the growth of bupleurum chinense, and soil p is rich, but the nitrogen and potassium content is relatively low, need to complement in time; Soil effective iron, manganese, zinc effectively excessive effectively, effective calcium and magnesium lack effectively, effective copper and molybdenum amount effectively. Should be timely supplementary calcium and magnesium effectively, effectively neutralize effective iron, manganese and zinc effectively. 2 The correlation between soil nutrient factorsRespectively to A, B, C three layers of soil nutrient correlation analysis, the result is as follows:Soil A and B:The soil ph value were very significant positive correlation with effective phosphorus, correlation coefficient is 0.817;And effective calcium was significantly positively related to total nitrogen, and the correlation coefficient of 0.704, 0.653, respectively. Organic matter and total nitrogen were extremely significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient of 0.986.Total nitrogen and phosphorus was significantly positively related to effectively, the correlation coefficient is 0.704; And effective potassium negatively significant correlation, the correlation coefficient for-0.638. Effective copper and effective calcium and magnesium was significantly positively related to effectively, correlation coefficient of 0.697 and 0.653 respectively.Effective calcium and magnesium effectively show significant correlation, the correlation coefficient of 0.837.Soil C:Ph and significantly correlated to the effective phosphorus, correlation coefficient is 0.895; Related to total nitrogen were significantly, the correlation coefficient of 0.737. Significantly correlated to the organic matter and total nitrogen, the correlation coefficient is 0.773; Correlated with CEC, the correlation coefficient of 0.686. Total potassium and effective copper has significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient for-0.651. Effective manganese and copper, effective calcium was significantly positively related to effectively, the correlation coefficient is 0.703 and 0.800 respectively. Effective molybdenum and copper was significantly positively related to effectively, the correlation coefficient of 0.738.The results show that the soil ph, total nitrogen, effective calcium magnesium, effective phosphorus, organic matter, effective, efficient significant or extremely significant relationship between copper; Including ph and total nitrogen is significantly related to the total nitrogen and organic matter very significant positive correlation, that within a certain range, the higher the ph, the higher the total nitrogen content. The higher the total nitrogen content, organic matter content is higher. 3 The correlation between soil nutrient and the quality of bupleurum chinenseBupleurum chinense DC root of Bupleurum chinense DC saponin a and the root of Bupleurum chinense DC saponin b, the ground part of the essential oil content, and appearance shape such as plant height, stem diameter of Bupleurum chinense DC main quality indicators. For the determination of A, B, C three layers of soil nutrients with Bupleurum chinense DC main quality index correlation analysis, the results are as follows:Soil A and B:Plant height were very significant negative correlation with effective molybdenum, the correlation coefficient for-0.801; Thick stems and effective potassium was significantly positively related, the correlation coefficient is 0.642; Root length and the effective molybdenum has significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient for-6.38; Bupleurum root of bupleurum saponin a and root saponin b were very significant positive correlation with total potassium content, correlation coefficient is 0.870 and 0.829, respectively.Soil C.Plant height and effective magnesium was significantly positively related, the correlation coefficient is 0.706; Bupleurum root of bupleurum saponin a and root saponin b and effective zinc has significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient is --- 6.63 and 6.72, respectively Bupleurum root of bupleurum saponin a and root saponin b and effective molybdenum has significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient is --7.66 and 6.88, respectively Root of bupleurum saponin b and effective copper has significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient is-7.55.To sum up, the roots of Bupleurum chinense DC saponins, the root of Bupleurum chinense DC saponin b, root length and plant height and effective molybdenum, has negative correlation with the total potassium significantly related. The volatile oil and effective iron has significant negative correlation. Taproot and fresh root weight does not exist significant correlation with soil nutrient. The root of Bupleurum chinense DC saponins, the root of Bupleurum chinense DC saponin b and thick stems and effective potassium was significantly positively related. In part, the results show that increasing k, can improve the Bupleurum chinense DC saponins of Bupleurum chinense DC chinense root, the root of bupleurum saponin b content and increase the stem diameter, and thus improve the quality of Bupleurum chinense DC. Within a certain range control effective of molybdenum content in the soil, and can also improve the root of bupleurum saponin a and the root of Bupleurum chinense DC b content and increase the ratio of root length and plant height. Within a certain range control effective iron content can increase the content of Bupleurum chinense DC volatile oil, improve the quality of Bupleurum chinense DC.
