Haploid breeding technology is a method which induce to produce haploid by induction lines crossing, doubling haploid can obtain a stable fertile homozygous diploid. In recent years, the technique is applied more and more on maize breeding, which possesses advantages of short breeding cycle and high efficiency, creating new way for breeding and germplasm innovation.4introduced lines and4maize cultivars cultivated widely in Heilongjiang province are used in the research, the paper explores how different induction lines, hybrid, filament size when crossing, different sowing time for the same female parent affect haploid induction rate, screening induction lines with high induction rate. On basis of the test results, taking the haploid seed as the test material produced by crossing high induction rate lines with the same hybrid, researching the infection of different concentration colchicines and chemical treatments on maize haploid doubling rate.The test show that the difference is significant for4maize hybrid habloid inducetion rate, expressing4hybrids affect induction rate very big relatively. And very significant for haploid induction rate of4induced lines, the highest average induction rate of wu you No.1is9.66%, and the lowest average induction rate of li500is5.27%. and the average induction rate of e you No.1and li503is6.97%,5.53%respectively. In Haerbin area, the method of early sowing female parent (25/4) and crossing when filament size is≥20cm can help to improve haploid induced rate.Diffence is significant for haploid natural doubling rate of the haploid which is produced by diffenrent induction lines and different hybrids, this tell us that haploid produced by different induction crosses affect natural doubling rate. Difference of natural doubling rate is very significant for different locatins haploid, in Hainan experiment base, the average natural doubling rate can reach up to8.51%, but in Herbin only4.97%, this means that the climate in Hainan is helpful for haploid natual doubling rate.Among the three chemical methods, the efficiency of3-5leaf stage injection is the best,the highest doubling rate is20.50%. Root dip treatment effect is slightly better than seed soaking treatment, doubling rate is16.00%and15.50%respectively, considering simply operation and comprehensively lethal rate and other factors,injection treatment in3-5leaf stage seedling by the blend liquid of concentration0.40%colchicines and methyl sulfoxide, haploid doubling effect is the best.
