With the increase ofmarket demand and the rapid development of industry, the traditional sawdust is bound to face ashortage of raw materials, looking for sources of richer new matrix has become the importanttopic of Auricular auricular industry development. Jilin province is one of the world three biggolden corn belt, corn cob is rich in resources. So as an important part of national science andtechnology support projects, this paper compared with the traditional sawdust (A), set up threecorn cobs partly replace the traditional wood formula (instead of20%,30%,40%respectively),six main variety of strains, carry out the base of the growth period of extracellular enzymeactivity, utilization of lignocellulose degradation and C/N change and Auricular auriculargrowth characteristics, the determination of output, product traits, quality traits, in order to selectappropriate composite matrix formula and suitable varieties, can provide scientific basis for theresearch of Auricular auricular substrate and form A complete set of cultivation techniques.
