The Study Of Maturity Corn Straw Improving On Poa Pratensis Cv. Merit Growth And Physiology

This paper has chosen maturity corn straw mixed in base culture medium of Poa pratensis cv. Merit and studied its regular pattern under this improving growth condition,the best ratio between maturity corn straw mixed with cultivate material,and obviously promoting function in its growth,so as to provide scientific data for maturity corn straw improving on Poa pratensis cv. Merit growth.This paper mixed maturity corn straw with garden soil so that three different ratio culture mediums were made up,the turf mixed in garden soil as the CK,and then studied the growth and physical-chemical characteristics of Poa pratensis cv. Merit. The results were as follow:1.According to the measure results of plant height and growth speed,as Poa pratensis cv. Merit. Grow to May15th,the plant height of maturity corn straws (maturity corn straw:garden soil=1:2, maturity corn straw:garden soil=1:3,maturity corn straw:garden soil=1:4) are all heigher than CK. What’s more,T2is clearly higher than other treatments,and the growth speed is the fastest with1.5times compared to CK. The experiment also shows that other treatments has better reaction than CK at such aspects as plant growth speed.So,the promoting function of those treatments in proper order is T2(maturity corn straw:garden soil=1:3)>T1(maturity corn straw:garden soil=1:2)>T3(maturity corn straw:garden soil=1:4).2.According to the leaf quality,all treatments are better than CK in such aspects as length and width of leaves and chlorophyll contents,and it shows that maturity corn straw mixed with garden soil is advanced for growth.Maturity corn straw mixed with garden soil has promoting function for Poa pratensis cv. Merit leaves’ growth,it can grow stronger,and leaves quality can be improved so that chlorophyll contents increase.Subsequently,photosynthesis enhance so that leaves color become more bright and green period become more longer and watch value become more higher and become more suitable to green work in urban.3.Mixing appropriate amount maturity corn straw in soil can enhance physiology metabolize function shows as plant grow more vigorous and resistance become more strengthen.The contents of solubility sugar and protein of all treatments and higher than CK(turf:garden soil=1:3),meantime,the activity of SOD,POD and CAT are enhanced.As a result,protective enzyme system is improved and perfected,nitrate reductase activated else,then nitrogen metabolize level heightened.At the same time,soil environment is improved for Poa pratensis cv. Merit growth so as to decrease the content of MDA.4.Mixing maturity corn straw in the culture soil of Poa pratensis cv. Merit,the effects of growth and physical characteristics are expressed.In this paper,maturity corn straw can replace peat used for Poa pratensis cv. Merit’s cultivation, among them,the rotten corn straw and garden soil in the4-1ratio on the most reasonable,the plant growth index and the physiological indexes and contrast close,and slightly superior to that of the control,the quality is much better,and can reduce the cost of build up lawn matrix,and does not increase the burden of the management,accord with the actual needs of mass production.
