Two axis detection platform is a kind of device that using for tracking test system, with its special advantages of the operating environment and the performance of high accuracy, now it has become more widely used in fields of military and civilian such as aerospace,Marine and missile launcher. It takes attitude sensor that actual measurement the angle between the wheeled self-propelled mortar car body and horizontal plane as the research target in this paper,and designing a higher accuracy of platform to detect the angle value from attitude sensor is correct or not. The detection platform to drive two hand wheel as a power source, taking the turbine worm drives the platform rotation in two directions,and comparing platform the rotation angle value from the encoder’s and the attitude sensor’s measurement.This paper firstly introduces the development of the measuring technology, posture sensor and detection platform technology at home and abroad. It has described in detail the work principle and technical index requirement. And general system formula has designed.Secondly, according to the relevant technical requirements designed two axes platform for detecting mechanical structure.Among them,designing the platform parts and components, and the strength verification. Using AutoCAD software design the size of the platform parts and components,while the platform parts’s and components’s modeling and assembly are designed by SolidWorks software.Then, using SolidWorks Simulation software to analyze platform of parts and components for the FEA.Thereby get the stress analysis of statics Analysis diagram of structure. So as to prove the rationality of the design of the detection platform mechanical structure parts.Finally, determine the system hardware circuit design, which was based on the AT89C52 single chip microcomputer (MCU) as the core control chip. Using the Altium Designer software to complete the design of the overall circuit principle diagram. Implements the function of signal acquisition, conversion, and display.
