As China’s economy continues to develop, expanding infrastructure, truck crane industry has been tremendous development. How to detect heavy acceleration, velocity and position information in the lifting process, thus preventing the swing, improve work efficiency, is a hot issue within the industry study. With small inertial navigation system based on MEMS devices, low power consumption advantages in military, industrial, aerospace and other fields has been widely used. From the theoretical and practical aspects, this paper analyzed and studied inertial navigation technology in the automotive crane hook detectionThis paper describes the development and status of MEMS inertial navigation technology, discusses the necessity of truck crane hook posture motion detection For this particular truck crane hook system, modeled and analyzed its state of motion, determine the physical parameters to be measured. This paper describes the basic principle of inertial navigation system. Based on quaternion theory of differential equations, we calculate the attitude matrix, and obtain the attitude angle.MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometer are the main sensors in the inertial navigation system. Their accuracy directly affects the accuracy of the precision of the system. For MEMS gyro drift problem, this paper introduces the magnetic sensor MEMS yaw angle correction, multi-sensor data fusion algorithm to improve the attitude angle detection accuracy. The position parameters of the hook can be theoretically obtained by the method of the acceleration integration, but there is an error since the MEMS device itself, through the integration error will accumulate, resulting in the measurement results are not available. Based on the characteristics of the hook, we detect the sling swing angle to calculate the position of the hook.Finally, we use STs STEVAL-MKI062V2module as a real experimental platform, the computer as a PC, complete the entire system software to write and debug, validate the feasibility of the program The results show that MEMS-based motion gesture sensors designed in this paper can be used to detect truck crane hook.
