| With the rapid development of Chinese transportation industry,bridge collapse accidents caused by overloaded vehicles often occur.At this stage,most load detection systems are mainly based on static detection,and there are many defects.Therefore,taking the load detection of simply supported bridges as the background,this paper designs a load detection system of simply supported bridges based on attitude sensors.The system uses the attitude sensor array designed by MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System)inertial device as the acquisition module of the system,and improves the speed and accuracy of the dynamic load detection system by improving the detection algorithm,so as to realize the load detection of simply supported bridges.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Because there are few test platforms for load detection of simply supported bridges at present,this paper proposes the overall design of the load detection system for simply supported bridges based on attitude sensors.Taking the simply supported bridge as the object and referring to the bridge from Chongming to Qidong,the scaled model was built in the laboratory to provide the experimental basis for the system verification.And use ADAMS software to establish a simulation model of the load detection process,obtain dynamic vehicle vibration information,and provide a data basis for the subsequent load identification algorithm.2.Aiming at the problem that the conventional algorithm of the current load detection system is difficult to realize and the disadvantage that the BP neural network is easy to fall into the local optimum.This paper proposes a detection algorithm based on the Bat Algorithm(BA)improved BP neural network.The algorithm uses BP neural network for algorithm modeling,and introduces the bat algorithm to continuously optimize the network model.Through the analysis and comparison of simulation experiments,the improved BA-BP neural network has been improved in measurement accuracy and measurement speed.According to the moving load identification theory and the characteristics of the MEMS sensor inertial device,the optimal arrangement scheme of the sensor array is determined through simulation analysis,and the optimal detection of the signal is realized.3.In order to carry out the experimental verification of the load detection system,the hardware and software of the load detection system of the simply supported bridge based on the attitude sensor are designed in this paper.Aiming at the mechanical error caused by the attitude sensor in production and installation and the electromagnetic interference caused by the external environment,the circuit protection and anti-interference design are carried out,and the corresponding debugging and testing work is completed.The software design adopts the idea of modularization and structure,and carries out the program design of the upper and lower computers for the system.At the same time,aiming at the problem of data transmission between the upper and lower computers of the system,a self-defined communication protocol is proposed,which ensures the real-time and simultaneity of data acquisition and improves the detection speed.On the basis of completing the hardware circuit design and software program design,the system comprehensive debugging and experimental verification are carried out,and the function of the load detection system is realized.Experiments show that the load detection system designed in this paper has greatly improved the detection accuracy compared with the traditional load detection device,and also has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability,high measurement accuracy and fast detection speed. |
