With the development of digital oscilloscope,the various performance has been improved.The domestic products of digital oscilloscope are still in the field of low-mid-end for the reason of developing too late and less of technology accumulation.The digital oscilloscope in the low-mid-end filed generally use the DSP or the ARM as the processor.With the increase of sampling rate and band width,the processor in the digital oscilloscope needs to process much more data than before.Meanwhile,in order to expand the external interaction ability of the digital oscilloscope,there are more various interface functions needing to be realized.Therefore,the main content of the paper is to design the hardware of process system in the digital oscilloscope based on the framework of DSP+ARM which can improve the ability of data processing and expand the interface function at the same time.The research in the paper of the process system hardware design is based on developing a digital oscilloscope product with the highest sampling rate of 4GSPS and the largest band width of 500 MHz.The process system needs to control the analog channel and the acquire system in the digital oscilloscope.Except that,the process system also needs to make the digital oscilloscope display normally and realize the various interface functions.The main content researched in the paper includes:1.Introduce the overall design scheme of digital oscilloscope first and confirm the general design scheme of process system accrording to the function needs to be realized in the process system,then choose the suitable type of key devices and chipsets in the process system;2.To do the hardware design according to the function needs to be realized in the DSP module,ARM module and FPGA module after confirming the overall design scheme of process system;3.The paper is mainly studying the hardware design of interface function in the DSP module and ARM module,which includes the front USB interface function and back USB DEVICE function in the DSP module,and the ethernet interface function,back USB HOST function and other hardware function related to ARM in the ARM module.While the FPGA module is mainly doing the analysis and design of the LCD display,the VGA interface function and the communication between DSP and ARM,focusing on the analysis and introduction of the process in the communication between DSP and ARM;4.Introduce the design of power supply scheme according to the general hardware design scheme of process system to ensure the process system work well;5.Last,introduce the method of debugging the hardware and function after the hardware design of process system is completed,and then verify the function designed in the process system to ensure the requirement is meeting.
