Homogenization in the real estate competition is becoming increasingly fierce today, the importance of service marketing for real estate enterprises increasingly prominent. Customer satisfaction has become a key indicator to measure the success of service marketing. In order to meet the actual needs, in the future work of the housing estate enterprises must set up to enhance customer service satisfaction of the service marketing concept. This is the inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the future. NBK group currently in the service marketing process, there are still a lot of problems. In order to effectively solve these problems, this paper will combine the actual situation of the group to carry out scientific analysis.Research contents. To analyze the current situation and problems of real estate development project of NBK International Group(Wuhan) Co., Ltd., to discuss the situation of customer satisfaction in service marketing, analyze the internal and external environment of enterprise service marketing, construct the service marketing strategy, and put forward the safeguard measures.Research methods. In order to guarantee the scientific nature of the research, this paper intends to use a variety of methods to conduct in-depth and detailed study. In the actual research process, this paper will use the method of combining theory and empirical, literature collection and review, case analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis and other methods to carry out research.Research conclusion. The following conclusions can be obtained through the study of this paper: one is there are many problems in the NBK group service marketing process, the low quality of service personnel, service links are not perfect, institution setting unreasonable, product positioning fuzzy, the marketing idea, to communicate with customers is not smooth is the very typical problems; and second, in order to solve these problems effectively, this paper advocates set as the main goal of the idea of marketing services to enhance customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction in service marketing status has become increasingly prominent, only to truly meet the needs of customers can enhance their core competitiveness; three is in a variety of service strategy after the contrast, NBK group decided to adopt a differentiated strategy, but also to achieve differentiated services, product differentiation and brand differentiation. Finally, through the adoption of these services marketing strategy to effectively improve the level of the actual work.
