For a long time, the high speed economic development makes the immortal achievements of urbanization, but the urbanization is not very healthy, and it makes many contradiction in the development of high speed urbanization and accumulation. Therefore, in the current big layout of industrial transformation and economic transformation in china, the healthy development of urbanization has very profound significance for china to achieve successful economic transformation into an industrial country.Ili’s total area is 269100 square kilometers, its population is 4.736 million, and the state has thirteen national native, in 2014 the total amount of Ili’s GDP accounted for 16.84 percent of Xinjiang’s total GDP, Ili is known as "SOUTH" in the world. Ili prefecture is full of soil and water and heat resources, and it’s Xinjiang’s important base for grain, oil, vegetables, livestock, fruit production, Ili is also the Ili horse, Xinjiang fine wool sheep, brown cow breeding base of Xinjiang; Ili is enrichment of mineral resources, and it’s also Xinjiang’s important base for coal chemical, petroleum and petrochemical industry, iron and steel and non-ferrous metal smelting and processing; Ili has attractive tourism resources, and it has mixed the eastern and western culture, Ili is one of the main areas of Tianshan mountains world natural heritage sites, Ili is the western ideal tourist destination of our country; Ili’s geographical advantages is outstanding, it’s border with Kazakhstan, Ili has three first class ports of China, among them, the Huoergiosi port is one of the largest port of highway in the northwest of our country. Huoerguosi economic development zone is one of the two economic development zone which country constructed in Xinjiang, and it’s the only transnational economic cooperation zone in China, China-Kazakhstan Huoerguosi International Border Cooperation Center, it is also an important fulcrum of the Silk Road Economic Zone and an economy and trade channel for China’s westward opening-up.This essay is basing on the context of Chinese economy and industrial restructuring, studying the quality evaluation of the new urbanization of Xinjiang Ili Prefecture. On the basis of interpretation of the new urbanization quality basic connotation and characteristics and related urban systems theory, the essay in-depth analysis the development of urbanization in Xinjiang Ili Prefecture. Using the timing of principal component analysis constructed Ili new urbanization Quality Evaluation index system and select the five sample cities for urbanization quality evaluation, which will be compared with the Ili new urbanization quality analysis, puts forward a number of effective policies and proposals to enhance the quality of the new urbanization of Xinjiang Ili prefecture. |
