The Research Of Spatial Correlation Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Ecological Efficiency And Influencing Factors

In recent years, beijing-tianjin-hebei region economy development faster, but in the area industry is still in the stage of low productivity, high energy consumption, high emission, the resources and the environment caused great pressure, the ecological environment of the area of influence. So we must change the development mode,improving regional ecological efficiency. And coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region is not only a new opportunity of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region economy development, as well as breaking the previous beijing-tianjin-hebei regional administrative barriers, common development and planning of regional ecological efficiency of new opportunities.First of all, this article system elaborated the research background, purpose and significance of regional ecological efficiency, and the research status of regional ecological efficiency at home and abroad are analyzed, summarized the scholars about the different views of the concept of eco-efficiency and different methods adopted in the study,a comprehensive system to review the research status of ecological efficiency.Secondly, using the DEA model, based on the principle of material flow analysis method to build the index system of the regional ecological efficiency evaluation, in view of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region on evaluation of 13 cities ecological efficiency, and the longitudinal and transverse comparison on regional ecological efficiency.Thirdly, according to the spatial effect theory, combined with the beijing-tianjin-hebei region ecological efficiency evaluation value calculation index of global moran, urban spatial correlation research area. Later, on the regional ecological efficiency to local spatial autocorrelation test, further verify the existence of the spatial correlation.Fourthly, the research to the influential factors of beijing-tianjin-hebei region ecological efficiency. In regional ecological efficiency is verified on the basis of the spatial correlation of constructing spatial autoregressive model, combined with the corresponding index of the factors affecting the development of beijing-tianjin-hebei region ecological efficiency were analyzed, and determine the direction of the policies and measures tomake.Finally, on the basis of analysis of the factors affecting the beijing-tianjin-hebei coordinated development historical opportunity, the beijing-tianjin-hebei region ecological efficiency put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions, including at the top level design level put forward Suggestions for improvement of regional ecological efficiency and change the economic development mode, adjust the industrial structure,improve human resources, environmental policy, effective use of foreign capital to enhance the strength of science and technology, etc.
